What were you trying to do when you went long all the way up there? and if you did, you should have closed it immediately.
Never mind, keep learning but please do learn from your mistakes and don't repeat them. (I know what it feels like... we all had our fair share of bullshit in our heads)

Here is a rent after which we soon realised that bloody m5 gator was sleeping. It was ugly. I had bracketed the market but I think it was a mistake because Gator on m5 was sleeping. never mind. Lesson learned AGAIN.

How NOT to trade ! How to Avoid Chop!
The chart below shows that you could have got yourself 6 lovely minus 10 Rents. Is there a way to avoid it?
Answer 1. Trade every setup with the belief that in the long run you will be profitable .This is true but the average mind is not able to take 6 losses in a row. ok. so
Answer 2. Trade with the trend on m5. With this you may miss some moves, but you wont go through so many losers in a row. Statistically it is possible to have 6 or even 10 consecutive losers but that should not happen every week, perhaps every 4 months.
in the picture if you paid a rent down and then a rent up. You should stop normally. And then wait for Trend to confirm and then start trading again. As I speak it has broken m5 levels and we are back in trading mode but will wait for a good setup.
