Hi Immy,

question to you. If M5 or M1 has nice setup 1 but higher time frames shows counter trend then should we take those setups or wait for right trend on higher time frames.

If the Risk is Low that is Box is tight and chart is clean not messy, than this could be your edge over Higher Time frames. But if you want to stay in line with higher time frames and thats part of your plan then NO. So if you are at the stage of developing your trading plan, I'd suggest you make a decision now and then stick to it. If you are generally impatient then you should not trade against trend, if you are patient, then you don't need to trade against trend. Unless trading against trend is something taht comes naturally to you and you feel more comfortable trading reversals than that could be your individual personality trait and you can make that your edge.
