The EA should be placed in program files/metatrader4/experts.

Restart your metatrader and then find VE_AIMS under navigator /expert advisors. drag it to the chart.
There's no pdf for it as it only has 2 settings. TP and SL

I have been using this great EA since I joined AIMS. Recently I have this issue with the EA.
After placing a PO the EA will place the movable stop-loss and take-profit, but when I move them they start to go back and forth between the former position and the new. Anyone else that have experienced this?

You have got the EA open on two charts for the same currency.
