Hi Kooky

Sorry about your experience, you MT4 is certainly outdated. Current build is 500. That might help. We have not experience this. More importantly please note this indicator is ONLY for research purposes. It is a tool that we used for testing data. I shared it so people could put on their screens and try to figure out what it shows. Darren has cracked the code. Now the next episode in this discussion will be how do we use it effectively to our advantage.

cheers and enjoy your weekend!

Thanks for the kind words.

I'm working on writing a concise trading plan for THE SEED strategy. Meanwhile please keep spotting The SEEDS (candles/bars less than 20pips range) on H1 charts and then drop to M5/m15 to see how they looked on those time frames. See and question how this can improve your trading? check how elegantly you would be able to convert m5 risk level trades into h1 even h4 and occasionally even run them on daily charts.

more on this later....

Hey guys,

This is how I got it. Thou not exactly "the seed", this setup today on cable was very fruitful. By analyzing what Immy and others on the forum previously found out I have concluded that each "SEED" is in fact INSIDE BAR. So, we wait for IB to appear on m5 range ( we draw vertical lines at the beginning candle and the last candle in the range) then we switch to H1 and we should see an IB. Then we just go with the trend. Today it was CABLE who had a good IB on H1 and shorting into H1 W3 on M5 was very fruitful. Here is the setup:

Well Spotted and nicely put Magic! Now think about it this way, if we can find an IB and know that it may be in most cases some sort of S1 or S2 on M5 and it would require small risk with possibility of 100-200 pips winners, not to mention the add on Free Trades that we might accumulate into a trend (more on this later perhaps), why bother looking at m5? why bother scanning m5 charts, when we can hit similar trades trading H1 analyzing charts only once a day and then simply waiting for our entry setup to appear checking charts only once an hour? Wouldn't it produce 1:2 1:5, 1:10 and even 1:20 trades? Yes it does. Imagine only 1 trade 1:10 is enough per month. But our testing shows that huge profits are available with minimum work trading ONLY 4 pairs.

More on this later... hehe

Exciting stuff \:D/

Obviously you can't check the charts every hour 24 hours a day so would you recommend just the European/London session to look for these setups?

Cheers.

The best trades occur during FO to LO Close. My finish time is LO Close.

I agree with you completely Immy. Best trends are found on H1 and by zooming into trigger chart ( m5 for example) we can start an early winning trade. Im open for a practical workshop and testing :)

"THE SEED" setup on cable today. Was excellent to trade. After 1h seed has been spotted I switched to 5m tf and traded the AIMS break.
