Hi there,
I'd just like to confirm a question on M5 trend and price above the purple line in M1.
In the screenshot below, price has already gone above the purple line in M1 chart. However the Trend on M5 has not changed yet to uptrend.
SO in this kind of cases, will it be safer to wait for M5 to be uptrend first before considering to make any entries to go long on M1 chaart?
Thanks.
Regards, Pall

Re: Question on Price Above M1 Purple Line and M5 Tend
Hi Pall,
I took on one more trade short after the nice drop. It was a risky one and ended up a rent trade. after that I said I'll wait for AO to cross the ZL on M5. and since have not taken a trade. Longs will be considered anti trend on my time frames above all they to h1 and even Weekly. not that we care about th trend on anything above H1, its good to know whats the "Path of Least Resistance" on other time frames. I certainly do not make decisions on higher time frames but looking at AIMS Levels of M15 and h1 or even H4, is a very useful technique to predict price movements. etc etc
cheers

Hi Imran,
Thanks for the tips. It now makes more sense considering aims levels and trends on higher time frames. I believe this makes for much higher probability trades.
Cheers,
Pall

Re: Question on Price Above M1 Purple Line and M5 Tend
I just want to add that 'Immy' has answered to the above subject in Video 13 ( Video Tutorials Basic members). It has been explained that after a large movement it is expected that the price will go in consolidation, Therefore. it is desirable that we should give some time for price to consolidate in 5M chart and in this process it will come close to purple line and show us path of least resistance. Plus we have t trade 1M in direction of 5M.
Pl correct me and my approach.
