one quick question please = how can I apply a moving average to ewave? I tried and got below chart = negative stuffs seem to be flaten to zero (?)

Just to let you know, we used to have that on it, then I got rid of it, if you want it back I'm sure one day you will take it off!

Thx Immy, I understand what you say and fully trust you. I asked this following reading of one of your post regarding AC which AO - SMA (AO, 5) "momentum of the momentum"...and wanted to taste how useful it could be to "see" it on ewave...

alas you can't add a moving average to eWaves because it doesn't use a single buffer to do the histogram; it uses 4. The MA will just use the first buffer in this case.

An alternative approach: add the standard Awesome Oscillator indicator to a new sub-window and drag the moving average on to that - this should give you what you're looking for.

And you can get a 10 20 MACD with ema setting and put a 5 or 7 sma on top of it you'll get 99.9% the same effect. But I have to have to say, In the end its not in the indicators... its how you use a set of simple and very few indicators to create a setup and take it over and over and over consistently like a brick layer. Sticking to the Rules is the hardest thing. Creating indicators is great but following it religiously is where most of us fail. and moreover If you're successful and change you may end up changing what was working... you never know where would that take you... more success or less but the biggest danger is in trading its not like take this part our replace it with the other... we focus on the chart and its indicators but we forget to understand that its not what you see, its what you have in your mind, by changing the image and the pattern you do not change the reality of the market and the only thing connected, truly connect and in synch with the market is something that is inside of you/us. The mind "Clicks" somewhere where it understands the market and these little things are there to helps get into that groove once you're their you don't wanna mess with it. Its so subtle a sudden traumatic event totally irrelavant to trading might click you out of it and you may never find it again. this is what happens in romantic relationships... After a few years, marriage and all the other stuff we stop doing exactly the same things that made that beautiful romantic relationship. We stop giving smiles, and gifts and going out for dinner and all those cute little attempts to please each other...

Hello Steve,

Would it be possible to "adjust" EW great tool to reflect this kind of counting? I suspect this has to do with candle count (?)...Yet just kindly asking if possible
