AO levels and trade entry when m5 aims is <10 pips from m1

Unread post by TexasSandman »

One of the criteria for entry is the AO level must be near the zero line.

However, when the m5 AIMS level is <10 pips from the m1, the pending order needs to be placed above/below the m5 AIMS. Even though the AO level may be on the zero line when the trade is placed, in the time to go the 5, 6, or 9 pips to the m5, it could have become positive or substantially so. do you still take the trade, or when you notice this happening should you cancel?

Thanks.

Hey!

1. Pictures would help
2. Its not 10 pips, its 5 pips.

over 10pips away from M1 aims level would be too far.

cheers
