I see there is a 1 hour webinar but I don'seem to be able to view it,along with my message above not being able to view the videos,I thiink I may not have the program I need to do so,what program should I use.This is a new laptop so does not have much on it

The 1hr webinar is hosted on a different sever. They recreate the environment when you visit their site. It could be heavy download for some but you can view it. in the beginning there is a a minute delay just wait and it will start all by itself. cheers
