Installing indicators onto MT4

Hello, Sorry if this has been asked or answered before.
I am trying to download the indicators onto a MT4 with a build of 745. I have tried putting them into the file/open data folder/MQL4 and I can see them there, but when I load the platform and click on indicators or custom indicators nothing appears. ~x( ~x( ~x(
Its really getting to me as I have no idea (as I'm sure you can guess by now)
The broker won't help as it is not their indicators.

Hey fellow, there really is no magic in the installation and it goes just like you said. Latest Metatrader is build 735 (17 Oct 2014). You have a newer one, maybe it was just a typo (?) or you use beta version and there things might go differently, please use production versions.

Metatrader needs to be restarted after copying the files, otherwise the indicators are not shown in the user interface.

The exact correct folder is <open data folder>\MQL4\Indicators and not just MQL4.

These were the things that came to my mind. Hopefully you get the stuff up and running. That's the place where all the fun starts!

Tomi you are a life saver - spent roughly 3 hours trying to find the indicators.
Its 3 years since I loaded up indicators and templates.
