Aims Alert Entry - Alert box not displayed on screen

I have installed the aims indicators onto my Fxpro MT4 demo platform. Aims “fruit” alert box is being displayed on screen correctly ( also e-mails are forwarded correctly to my inbox).
However the aims entry alert box (for dots / diamond ) are not being displayed on the screen . I have attached photo of indicators installed , could you please advise .

If you are looking for the AIMS entry alert v5.1 red blue dots please change the filter values of FilterAOValue from 0.0006 to 0 and FilterAIMSboxpips filter from 15 to 0. shown in that blurry picture. you won't see the black diamonds due to black background.

pssst: either use Fruit entry or V5.1 entry alert.

Hi

1. For email: Have you setup your email sending settings correctly in tools/options section of hte MT4?
2. Do you not see the dots or do you not see the popup window?
3. Its a Figure ZERO, 0, not O.
4. instead of taking pictures of your screen using your mobile you can use a free screen capture tool such as jing, or gyzo etc.
5. All settings seems to ok except if you want to see popup alert you should switch voice alert to false. In fact we don't really use voice alert any more so its best to have the pop up alert but if you want the voice then make sure if your broker quotes currencies with suffix or prefix such as EUR/USDSB etc then put the SB in the suffix field.

1- I believe e-mail to be correct because test message is received ok & as mention e-mail alerts from “fruit” signal were received ok.

2- I see the dots ok - what I am not seeing is the pop up window.

5- I have switched voice to False - (all I require is the pop up box ) Please view screen shots of chart to the right hand side of double red vertical lines onwards ( platform was running during this period )

Please switch the Pop Up alert option to True and Voice to False. then you'll have the popup alert correctly
in the picture below you ahve pop email and voice set to false, since voice is not working, leave voice at flase, email turn to true and popupalert turn to true
