Can We Trade Fruit on DAX m1 Like the Hourly Chart?
I just thought I'll have play on DAX M1 using Fruit Method
In pictures
We see a clear 3 and a nice 4. Apple Fruit (AA) signal is there to take. So I put a PO with SL below the Fruit Low
It was triggered soon enough and a few bars later we had our first add on signal. 3 Green bars on the AO .
Reverse pyramiding: here i am only playing on the m1 so its 1 lot per trade. But if you were following the reverse pyramiding to enhance your overall profitability this add on will be 5 times bigger than the fruit initial entry.
Sometime the situation calls for tighter stop losses either to minimize losses or lock in profits. We have the option of trailing the last or the last 2 bars.
A little mistake that worked in my favour.
ATM was running on the pc and i was using my laptop away from office. Unwillingly but accepted later with pleasure , it moved SL to BE for both entries.
Had we stuck the trailing behind consecutive green bars, we have caught a handsome profit. But we were looking for TZ1.
However it had to break the peak of 3.
The end result was a very small profit. When you are looking for big huge campaigns you have to be willing to let go of smaller profits. To catch the big fish you let go of the small fish. (Fishermen's net with bigger hole will allow smaller ones to escape. )
If you manage your trades like so, you will be able to catch big fish like below ...

Did you notice that the last picture is the continuation of the same chart? i managed to trade the long but was not ready to catch the short. Did you notice i used different templates. In the second i have the original fruit indicator with no filters based on size, aims box or AO colour. Following the later it would have allowed not only catching the short trade but also getting out at a much more profitable location out of the long trade. This is part of the game we learn every day, we adapt and we move on.
