Hi 

I see what you mean.. But... 

I think the idea is to Catch WALTZ seed right after it breaks out of tight consolidation. 

E.g. This Chart shows that it was in tight trading range. Then the Range was broken. 
2 candles later we have a Waltz Seed. This has more potential to continue.. This is GU 17 of Sep h1

In this picture, we are NEAR the start of a Trend. When you see the market move "a lot" multiple bull/bear candles, and it is away from the 10/20 lines. Then perhaps it is exhausted.
