Since I knew it was a day when the EU printed new lows multi-month lows on the Daily chart, I should have taken this seed with the view that this will be an entry today for what might happen in the next 24-48 hrs.

I saw this and promptly ignored it.
Now look back at it, after it broke out. I can see why I should have or could have taken it.
Now I ignored the setup for two reasons. one that it has been down and extended for the whole of this week
and then the wick. but it is always good to be aggressive when you see a STRONG clear trend on the daily chart, with no levels to the left
