" Suppose Alligator is open to upside in M1 and all the other conditions in M5 and as well in M1 are showing down.

And we get a red dot in M1 but alligator is open to upside but horizontal. If price moves down 1-2 candle then alligator pretend like sleeping but at the time of dot it was open to upside". So this is valid short or not?
I know this question is silly, but I want to clear my doubt :ymdaydream:

Thank you

Hi Nitin

I like such questions with pictures. Thank you for doing this. and the answer is NO.
1. Is the Alligator Sleeping? No its open,
2. If Open then is open to upside or downside? Down although its closing its mouth.
3. Is the Alligator inside AIMS Levels? No the lines including the blue should be on the correct side of AIMS Levels. So your entry should be Above/Below all 3 lines and the purple and AIMS Levels.

I checked my charts and found that few candles later you have an AIMS Level formed outside the Alligator's mouth. I'll give you cue here, when you look for an AIMS Level look for at least 3 highs (for longs) lows (for shorts) that form an AIMS level outside of the Alligators mouth.

So in this picture two candles later you had reason to watch the chart if it creates an AIMS level or not, doing so you'd have seen an AIMS level that formed outside Alligators mouth and a nice lovely setup.

I hope it helps..

Thanks Immy u have given a very nice explanation to my question. Actually I was always confused in such setups in which alligator mouth open to opposite side and then its pretend like sleeps if price went 1-2 bar opposite( in the direction of my po) but now its cleared. Thanks a lot.

Enjoy the weekend
