AIMS set up 1 beta

Hi,
I recently upgraded to premium to get my hands on this new indicator, I have also downloaded snorms e waves indicator.
I have 2 questions.
1. On all the pics I have seen, SNORMS e waves shows numbers on the waves. Is this added by the poster of the pics, or should these be automatically put on? Mine doesnt have these.
2. I dont get the TZ come up on the 5 min chart but they are on the 1 min. Is this something simple that I have failed to do on both counts? I am very new to this and try to follow how to install things but you know how it goes. LOL.

Any help would be much appreciated, and keep up the good work guys.

Hi Jason

have you loaded Immy's template, as per the first post in http://www.itradeaims.net/forum/viewtop ... f=34&t=841" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ?

If you do that, you should see everything that you are looking for. Please bear in mind that Wave numbering and the TZ fib expansions will only show for current Wave counts, not historical counts. Try the template on a few pairs and timeframes and all should be revealed.

I have loaded Immys v6.1 and I have the numbers on the candle charts but not on the E Waves.

Is there something else that I am missing.

I have downloaded everything else that is on the links so am not sure what else I need to do.

I have checked the experts/templates folder and I have all of the required things. just that the v6.1 doesn't show up but it is in there. Is this correct?
The only thing that shows is the setup 1 beta indicator.

Not sure whats going on. any suggestions... please....

Hi Jason,

templates should be in the other templates folder, first level of your metatrader folder, parallel to experts, not inside.
Perhaps it helps.

Thanks for that, that has now got most things working now. I did say that I wasn't to computer minded. LOL.

The only things I don't have now is the TZ levels and also the red dotted line that marks the waves.

Any ideas/help greatly appreciated.

Happy, that it helped.
There is an option for eWaves indicator : "ShowFibExp". Is that set to true ?

2 more questions.

1. Why can I get the TZ and the dotted line on every chart except M5?

2. Where can I find a key for what all the different arrows and the red dot in a red circle means also the numbers counting the e waves. I have a black 4 by a red 3?

Hi Jason,

1 ) for M5 I don't know. Check eWaves indicator and compare all options
Delete the indicator and insert it again
Take your M1 chart and change TF to M5 and see whether you can see the lines.......

2 ) Most of it is described in the respective threads in the premium section, advanced techniques under the indicator threads of Steve's indis, alert v6.0 beta and alert v6.1 and eWaves V1.0.
The red dot in the red circles show where the indi assumes beginning of w3 e.g.
If you are not familiar with Elliott waves, a must to read first is the " Elliott Waves in 10 seconds" by Immy, also premium section.
