If the red line of m5 is represented by purple line on m1, is it accurate to say, the purple line of m5 is the red line of higher time frame, sat 15m?

Yes you're right but not m15, m25ish so lets say ~M30.
On any time frame it would give you 5 times higher time frame... whether mt4 has the option to display that time frame or not is a separate issue.

I am using Forex Tester for backtesting and practicing trades.
In the package there are obviously no AIMS boxes or any of the other indicators we use.
But there are Bill Williams indicators.
Can I somehow change the settings of the Bill Williams indicators to represent Aims indicators?
And how can I program the purple line in the M1 charts?
Any help is much appreciated!
