Help!!

Hi, Its been such a long time and I'm now being a bit thick. Since I last traded, my computer went to a shop and they wiped everything. I have all of the Indicators and Templates but I cannot for the life of me remember where I have to install them in my Metatrader file.
I have AIMS AO v5.ex4
AIMS BOX v5.1ex4
AIMS ENTRY ALERT v5.1ex4
AIMS GATOR v5.1ex4
AIMS 6.1 DOUBLE ARROWS.tpl
AIMS v6.1.tpl
AIMS WAVES v5.1ex4
and I have 2 indicators that I am not sure where they go.
These are : AUTOPIVOTINDICATOR.ex4 and b-clock modidfied.ex4.

your help would be greatly appreciated and then I can get back to trading.

2 Ways to do it.

1. go to the Indicators part of the forum. Follow the 3 steps. All the instructions are given.
2. All the .exe files (inidcator files) go to metatrade/experts/indicators folders and .tpl files are template files they go to metatrater/templates forlder.
