Getting e waves re downloaded

Hi,

i have brought the e waves before, but when computer got wiped, I now need to re download these.
How do I do this? and which folders do I have to put them in again?
Sorry for the constant questions but I so want these indicators so that in the new year I can start trading properly. (well thats the plan. Lol)
