For me its the closest to price (the higher one in your example), unless its too close to an M5 level..

Thanks Grant! I should take it that it would apply in reverse to the situation where the lower level is common and the upper levels are different as well. That is, to take the lower of the two upper AIMS levels.

Correct, just be aware where the M5 AIMS level is
