Unread post by moty »

Hi Immy

I want to ask whether the pattern attached can be considered as PC, although the lower level has been broken?

thanks

Thanks for the Question. Nope!
A PC only breaks one fractal against the sequence of stepping up or stepping own AIMS levels. Plus.
There are 3 spots where ABC Correction happens, and hence three spots where PC appears.
1. During wave 2. (this is usually time when we are interesting in catching the next impulse wave and price is sideways.
2. in the middle on an impulse wave (my fav way to either stay longer in trend avoiding getting out on pc or add on or get in)
3. on your currect time frame you've seen a wave 3 or wave 5 and now AO suggests you're in 4th wave and then you see a PC. This indicates you are in fourth wave on your current time frame. means no trade. unless u spot a new pc with 1-2.

in your picture you see a zig zag abc of your current time frame. You can see it visually, PC not required. A PC pattern that breaks only one aims level against the seuqence shows abc retrace of the lower timeframe.
