Hi Mirgi..
You can start from European open or from London Open, which ever you decide stick to it.
Just always make sure you trade ONLY tight boxes.

tentative means there is no fixed time. so these could be released at any point during the day...
With bond results they are usually (but not always) released around 10am GMT...
