I have question,
Exit point:
- before divergence I understand
- after divergence - is it that Ao divergence
- after angulation - what is?
Yes, it means to check if the momentum is still in your favour. Meaning you check AO for divergence. So if its not diverged then you may let it run. (depending on the situation). If it has diverged then that may be indication that the trend has lost momentum and may end here (remember thats only a possibility not a concrete fact). Trading is a game of probabilities. And angulation means, price has gone too far from green/red line. If price has gone away from green line, so much that if it was to come back and close on green, you'd give back a lot of profit. The rubber band principle. Price gone too far too fast away from red/green line. So then you want to protect your profits and trailing is the answer.
cheers
