Indicators install support, how do i get support here?

hi, where do i ask for support? I'm brand new and I'm trying to load my indicators on my FXCM account but for some reason its defaulting to Alpari.
i don't have alpaca on my VPS server so i don't know why its doing that. I have read the instructions about 10 time because i didn't want to bug you guys being a newbie, but I'm stalled here and need help installing. I contacted my vps, their also trying but they can't get it to work either. we we have live chat or phone support? I'm new to MT4 so I'm just trying random things.

update my VPS guys figured out, but now i see to replace the V5.1 with the V6? where do i find that? it was not part of the installation package?

You are in the right area of support. I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. Unfortunately we cannot give full supprot for MT4 issues but we will try our best to help. Keep in mind though we are not a web based marketing business or a group of IT support. We are a bunch of traders and have created this forum to collaborate.

So, What you need to do is use the DATA Folder from your MT4. Click on File and click on Data Folder that will open a new window.

note: You will have to learn to install and install these things into MT4 platform. Its important in this game. But you will get your head around it in no time I'm sure. Everyone is doing it. Even Paul the 80 year old sailor busy trading the m1 chart in our skype group. cheers
