The new version has many improvements in code. However, the most obvious one is the absence of SEED signals.
Seed signals will now appear as either Empty Symbol 1 or 2. 
The empty 1 will often appear as a seed. Depends on your trading strategy and backtesting results whether you take it or leave it. The Empty 2 Signal can appear as Seed as well and can be taken as a trading signal. And yes, signals 1 and 2 have two versions. The empty and filled symbols.
