Setup 0 on 1H and Setup 1 on 5H (question)

I have a question. Can someone please help me with this?

On the ETH-USD chart I see on the 1H timeframe a Setup 0. Purple is within Aims Box. 

At that same moment I see at the 5H timeframe a Setup 1. Purple is outside Aims Box. The levels were drawn on 1H chart, but these copy automatically to 5H chart.

If I would trade the 1H chart, could I still trade this as a Setup 1, because on the 5H it's a Setup 1?
I see this a lot of times, on the smaller timeframe it's a Setup 0, and on the 5x higher timeframe it's a Setup 1.

A good question indeed.

When the 5H time frame is a Setup 1, within that region of Wave 4, the H1 time frame will have a sideways range. It's not really a setup 0 you're talking about, you're referring to SIDEWAYS market where there is NO Setup just a trading range. A SEtup 0 is a Setup with a clean 3 and tight 4 but that purple is also inside the box or touching the gator lines. 

So in a situation like this, 5H is a Setup 1 and that , if it is your trading time frame, you can trade.
