Is this the only way to communicate with your company?
I have just purchased this system and tried emailing back to solve installation problems.
I have accessed the downloads but do not get what I was expecting.
I get a template that is a duplicate of Metatraders Alligator (in a different colour).
It has no MACD sub-graph or shaded blocks on the main chart.
There are supposed to be 4 AIMS Indicators and I have only one: VE_AIMS.ex4 which doesn't activate.
There is also no sound file.
Please advise.

This is not the only way to communicate with me(us) but i think its the best since we can attach pictures etc and the solutions are available for others to see and comment as well.

Have you following the Installation Guide?
It appears that you may have downloaded only the VE AIMS expert advisor.
Please go to Section : Getting Started and Click on Download Templates and Indicators. or Click Here.
Another way of getting Support is to go to
http://www.itradeaims.net/support
But we prefer the forum. Its much easier to reply and I am always in the forum.
