Questions Related To Fresh Aim Level (Setup Two)

Unread post by yonkuro »

Hello
Here are my questions related to setup two :

1. If the "setup two" dot is generated and the price is still inside the aims box (hasn't penetrated current aims level), should I put the PO on the current aims level, or should I wait for new aims level and put the PO there?
2. It's said on the flowchart that if there's no new aims level after the dot, then there's no trade, do you recommend waiting a few bars for a new aims level before deciding not to trade?

Thanks in advance

Hello Arief

Welcome to AIMS Community!

Your question number 1 tells me you do not understand what is a Setup 2 dot. You cannot have a setup 2 dot without it penetrating an AIMS Level, because the whole purpose of the setup 2 dot is to show us that the high or low of the dot candle has penetrated an AIIMS level.

So once you understand that Green and Pink dots are actually Setup dots where price has already broken AIMS. Since we do not do market orders we rather wait for price to creat a new fresh aims level, and when its formed we check for all the other criteria again and if its all ok we trade i.e. set a PO below/above that fresh aims level or if no then NEXT!

I hope this is clear!

cheers
