Placing pending orders

Unread post by Den »

I currently place a pending order by right clicking the chart, use the drop down on the window to change it from instant to pending, choose sell/buy stop etc. Then I read the entry level and add spread etc. Go back to the order window and fill in the order.

Is there a way of cut and pasting from the level straight into the order box, instead of clearing out the 0000's and typing in the data. ?

Is there a shortcut/ script I can use? Really appreciate any help on this subject. I do have some physical problems Vision etc and keep making silly mistakes on perfect entries. Thanks in advance :)

Dennis!

I'm sure I've shown this in one of the videos but there is a very easy way of doing it by using the right click.

Basically bring cursor to exactly the price level where you want to set your PO right click and instead of selecting New order select , For Long, Buy Stop, For Short: Sell Stop. This way the system picks the exact price.

On top of that, if you use VE_AIMS you cna literally set PO anywhere and then drag the orange line to wherever exact price you like.

I hope this helps.

cheers
