HI Thank you very much for the question. Its a great way to learn. Take a picture and post and ask a question. really easy to answer. appreciate that.

Yes it does look like Setup2. However I would measure 3 pips above Aims to all the way down to red line and other side of aims, if that is more than 10-15 pips I'll be cautious. But if that was find adn your entry comes above purple its ok to trade. But Higher probability trade would be when purple is either somewhere inter mingles with the other 3 lines or even better if it was below the 3 lines. Must understand AIMs e Gator has 4 lines. they must all align.

I hope it makes sense.

I have seen this setup many time but i also have one question regarding the same pic.

The setup 2 as you said is for addon normally, and addon is not for beginners like me.

I have also seen that when setup 2 comes the trend is almost finished in some cases.

Can you explain more about setup 2.

The Purpose here is to Master Setup 1, as you go along and perfect it, you will automatically understand what setup 2. So lets focus on Setup 1 and take it from there.! ;)

You are so right. Observing the past week I have concluded 2 things. We shall trade off M1 only. The purpose of AIMSeGator is to eliminate the need to look at 2 time frames. And second think only Setup 1. Because Setup2 on its on is NoT what I trade anyway. I use setup 2 for add ons. And If I have not gone in using Setup 1 I usually even ignore setup 2.
