What invalidates a setup?

Hi Immy,

I am just starting out with your information although have studied Bill Williams work in the past.

My question relates to when the dots print on the candles.

If you have a Buy setup with a blue dot showing (as shown in the middle of my chart) and a red dot prints before your entry has triggered like the one on the last red candle on the right, does this invalidate the setup?

I am trading bitcoin on tradingview so have replicated your indicators on there so they may look a little different.
