I have a suggestion. I've noticed you trade on the M5 time frame. IF true, then make sure you also upload a picture of the 5XHTF chart. in this case the picture would be M30 or H1 chart. This will eliminate 50% of your losing trades

Keep at it...
Will Do Immy, Thanks for the feedback.

I also noticed yesterday that if a chart has been trending and then has a wave that crosses the purple line, if you go to the 5xHTF chart it is a setup 2 on the higher chart.

So a question I have is, should a batch be completed on the same timeframe chart, or if you see opportunities appearing like an S2 on the higher timeframe do you jump in to that too? Would that get recorded in the same batch or do you run batches parallel to get better information. Or am I just over complicating this? (Have a habit of this!)

1. Trade Number: Batch 3 Trade 11
2. Date/Time: 28/07/2020 12.20
3. Symbol/TF: AUS200 M5
4. Signal Type / Direction : Setup 1 / Sell
5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: I had been looking at charts the whole day and setup 1's were not happening. Most of the charts were moving in the opposite direction to their 5xHTC. I saw this setup and was happy to jump in. The main market is closed, but I had observed this index completing waves overnight and my orders are so small that they would get filled ok. I put a take profit a bit earlier than 2R because the market had to cross 8000 to get to 2R. I put on the order, the stop loss and the take profit and let it get on with it while I did something else.
6. Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: I came back a short time later to find that my take profit had been hit and my trade ended with profit - Yay!
7. DS For this Trade: 1
8. DS Running Total: 7/11
9. Result: +1.5R
10. Cumulative Result: -0.53%

This was my one that got away today. The wave 4 was only 1 bar dip below the ZL on the AO, I was waiting for a bit more given how long the wave 3 had taken.

Good Question...

One trade taken on a different time frame will violate the batch. Or you will have to exclude that from you batch.

Trading time frame must be the same. And also choice of market pairs should be exactly the same. since we cannot trade more than 2 at the same time, because it leads to too much exposure, it would be useless to watch more than 6 pairs, especially if you're trading M5.

hope this helps

1. Trade Number: Batch 3 Trade 12
2. Date/Time: 29/07/2020 2.21
3. Symbol/TF: US30 M5
4. Signal Type / Direction : Setup 1 / Sell
5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: I felt confident with putting this trade on. I had checked the higher timeframe and the trade was in the correct direction. There had been a big sweeping wave 3 down and a wave 4 retracement.
6. Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: My timing was not quite right again.
7. DS For this Trade: 1
8. DS Running Total: 8/12
9. Result: -1R

1. Trade Number: Batch 3 Trade 13
2. Date/Time: 29/07/2020 13.08
3. Symbol/TF: AUDUSD M5
4. Signal Type / Direction : Setup 1 / Buy
5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Wave 3 looked good and was clearly above purple line. In the same direction as higher timeframe.
6. Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Stopped out again! I entered too early as there was another push down before moving up. I wasn't in sync with the market today.

1. Trade Number: Batch 3 Trade 14 &15
2. Date/Time: 30/7/2020 15.16 & 15.54
3. Symbol/TF: AUDUSD M5
4. Signal Type / Direction : Setup 1 / Sell
5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Market has been trending down and is in consolidation in a range. It ha poked a little above the purple line, but the boxes are now below the purple. Reasonable setup 1. It has already had 2 red dots, but the purple line was in the box or the Alligator wasn't closed.
6. Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: This journal covers 2 trades because I entered and was stopped out. I still felt that I had interpreted the market correctly so when another red dot appeared after being stopped out of the first trade I entered again only to be stopped out a second time! The market eventually did make my target, but without me.

7. DS For this Trade: 1 , 0
8. DS Running Total: 10/15
9. Result: -1R, -1R
10. Cumulative Result: -1.52%

Other Comments:
After these trades, I dived back into the training videos particularly in the Dive deeper section - I will put some more work into understanding the waves on the different timeframes to understand if I am taking a good or a poor setup 1.
Whilst the above trades were a setup 1, they were part of a corrective pattern.

My new discipline is that I must have uploaded my results and charts to this journal before I can place a trade on a new day. When I have had multiple losses in a row, this rule is harder to do and easier to break, however I have already trodden the path of low discipline and know it doesn't help me.

It is not easy to display your flaws in a public way, even if it means that you can get constructive criticism to assist your journey.
