Today it was really fun to trade.
 I lost in the beginning, but i dont think i was reckless. I took the signals i supposed to and stayed out when i supposed to.When i t finally broke out i was around.
 had an order on the 10:57 seed, but it slipped to much so got out of it. SHOULDN´T done that….Then i waited for the S1.I was not afraid today and that is a important step. So i am now at -1,2 % for the day. But i am happy. I am evolving.

One tought that i have is that i was overtrading? Bu at the same time, if did not take advantage of the move when it finally came i shuldnt have reduced my losses.

yes, it reversed and went abow LO with a push, so was trying to catch the coming push. But did not happen.

a) How Do I feel after closing the trade?  Naah. If it was to push up and become profit i would be very glad and thought that it was a great entry. It wasnt bad, but i could have played it safer.b) Have I done well and why?
c) Have done badly and Why?
d) What Could I have done differently?  should have had the PO above the candels as it was so close. But still a valid 2 candle pullback.

i saw it mowing towards The openline and created a waltz pattern. The order was below LO so i thought that it could go with a push if it goes through the openline.

6. Post Trade Questions: 
a) How Do I feel after closing the trade?  It didnt. Its okey.
 b) Have I done well and why? yes, i tried to catch the push.  I had an level to the left. When it reached that one i placed sl at -0,5%. Did not want to risk more. Was feeling that the trade wasnt going to work.
c) Have done badly and Why? was it desperate? I did not feel like that.
d) What Could I have done differently?

a) How do I feel before setting the orders? Good
b) Intuitive Signal?  Neutral
c) Is this technically The Setup ?
i was thinking that when i had set the first order on S1 and trailed candels and got out, that the move wasnt over, so i tried the Cherry and then the seed.

 
6. Post Trade Questions: 
a) How Do I feel after closing the trade?  Good. It was a profitable little trade journey down.
 b) Have I done well and why? yes, took the s1. Did not want to give back the profits. So i trailed candels as Immy did. And then when another opportunity came, i took them.
c) Have done badly and Why?
d) What Could I have done differently? in hindsight. The first S1 would have given me 2R. but it could as easily reversed and give me 0 so not sure…

First of all great job on keeping such a great journal. I really love it.

I was wondering if you are finding it a bit too much work for a few trades?

If it's getting cumbersome, there is an easier way to do so.

Since you're day trading the dax, you can make one big post where you will record all your trades.

The process goes like so. You make your tradres on a single or multiple charts.

You give yourself DS for each trade and a DS for the Day overall.

This way you will have a DS running for 20-22 days of the month. So you will be able to assess how many days have you been overall disciplined and profitable or not etc etc.

And this will reduce your work and allow you to take plenty of trades without having to go through recording each separately.

but if you're fine with your procedure t hen keep going... just my thoughts

That was a really good suggestion, will definitely start doing that. it will make it much more simple to journal.

And yes, i will take away the AO. It often just makes me filter good pullbacks.

Big DS0 day. 

I lost all my daily % on rents today.

Does not feel good. 

The first entry to catch the LOBOT was missplaced so i hot in before the upper level was broken so ds0 for that one.
The Second one was okey, a ds1
The third one was ( i dont know) it is below LO when setting the order. and M5 was bearish from lo.
So a fomo entry? i think so.

But am i learning from this? YES!

I fell for the temptation to take another trade.

The signal is good, but the fact that i put on another trade when my riskmanagement said stop is just not okey.

Today dax was in range all the day so i didi not do anything with it.

At the us open i catched 1,5% (2R) and a be. Both Ds1 and good trades.

I have also had some rents on forex m5, but they were all valid so a justified losing day of -1%
