 D1 Range (same levels in play as the previous days)

 M5 Range 90 pips

 Tricky today.
 If it goes up GO
 If it goes down GO

 Respect the phases as i have planned. Dont mess it up!
 

Could be i S1 situation in the open and that is what i like to take. So we´ll se if it funneling and makes a tight consolidation. DID NOT

 Opened up, and went down later and retested previous range low on M5. Made a Seed so i am in.
OR i have a PO
Did not trigger.


 TRADE 3
Makes a 2 legged pullback and prints a CH . I place a PO below that and gets triggered fast.
It does´nt drop immediately and my nervs kicks in….
Sl is moved to be.
Probably a BE trade. Made a bullish pinnbar.
I held it as i should and got myself 2 R



 That means DRAWDOWN is over and i am on the positive side profit wise.

When it moves- respect the phases and dont trade within a range.

THOUGHTS AND TRADES

Feeling a little overwhelmed by the profits i´ve gained during mon and tue.
Worried that i am going to f**k it up today by trading wrong.
I have my plan and that is what i need to follow.
I can and i am going to make misstakes. BUT only 1, THEN I AM GOING TO WALK AWAY.

One undisciplined rent is not going to ruin me. As long as i stop there. 

DAX opens to the upside but gets rejected and starst to go down. I dont like the levels to the left and the fact that it is inside the premarket area.
I will wait for a clean move outside levels.It goes up, but to entry.
Now it is in a range. I will wait for it to break it.

I have to remind myself of that the us open is a bit different. More spikey and can turn around quick.Doubting open. No superpush. Nas cleaner than us30.
Now we have impulsmoves on both indices. Nas is still looking smoother. Price drops so not interested in a pullback.
As us30 drops i am getting excited. Have to be aware of my emotions and dont let them take over

It pulls back an prints a banana. I place a PO below it and wait.
feeling the heartrate getting faster. The next candle is a seed so all good.

I got rented. My first reaction is nooo… but it vas a valid trade and ds1 so all good
 Nas is spiky so its hard for me to take the pullback.

TRADE 5
 legged pullback on Us30 with a banana. My last trade of the day., Nervous that i am going to loose this one to….I have my concernes about this one . sl to BE now and 2 R hit superfast.

Hey Emma

Thoroughly enjoying these sessions with you. It's been fantastic. You remind me of Grant and Steve. It used to be fun and now its fun again. Pity we don't have many friends with us but that must be a blessing in disguise. 

You took it while I took NAS. You got 2R I got BE. happy for you, more than myself.

What a great turnaround for you this month. From down on the month to up. and feeling great and crushing it. 

Would you say that my little intervention of sending you off, (suggestion ahem) ... and then "strongly suggesting" to stick to my template... has something to do with it? if not, then it is ok let me know. IF yes, then I'm very happy. but happy in either ways. 

Lets keep doing this... sooon yo will achieve all your goals... and one special goal that I so wish you achieve

Dax drops very dramaticly at the open. 103 pips but gets rejected.
I have never seen that kind of price action…



That level is YD close.The market is in a wierd state.
But at 10:35 something happens at an impuls happens. I wait for a signal now.

TRADE 6A banana prints at 20:41. Po in. The next candle breaks the low. I cancel it.

The next candle is also a banana so i place another PO above that one.
I see a bullish OB and i press the button like automatically.Looks like i am b trapped. And i am…. Not rented yet, but near.

Hmm… this was a Ds0 trade. There was no signal l. I tried to outsmart the system. I cant do that.

M1 in in a 40 pips range so i will wait for it to be broken.

Broke to the downside but stayed in a wider range the whole session.Lunchtime now.

Summary of week 20
This week has been awesome. I have performed better and i have adapted to the new template.
I had before added kc and the box because i did not trust myself. I wanted the box to be drawed to show me a range.
But i dont need that. Its better for me to draw the ranges myself.

I did as i always do…. I tried to find a shortcut. A way to not have to think as much. And i did numerus of misstakes.

So thank you immy for pointing me in the right direction. I really needed that. 
And yes, as you asked in the previous post. You saw what i needed. I was in a hole.... 

Now i am more sure of what is my setup. The grey area in my desicion making is getting smaller.

I was little pisst of myself for taking a ds0 trade today. In these situations i need to stop trade and that is what i did.
I also reminded myself of that i am human and 80% disciplinescore is good enough.
All in all a good week.

I am taking Friday off to hang with my son and recharge my batterys

I wasnt planning to trade NEO session today but i found some time to sit at the computer

I placed 2 trades on Us30.

I would say they are both disciplined and according to my plan.
one be and one rent. I have this bad feeling in my stomach. dont like losing money. THAT IS JUST A RENT. Still a total of 4,5% this week and ends the month with slightly over BE.

NEWS OPEC meetings all day so could be a slow day.

From FO RANGE

Feelings. An inner stress. Most probably comes from the morningcoffe and the kids being home today. I will monitor it.

If it goes up Respect the Pre market range highIf
it goes down Respect the premarket lows.

Everything is down, but considering that it is opec meetings it could be slow today.

THOUGHTS AND TRADESI

have 2 levels on my chart. The premarket range high and low.
It opens to the downside and get rejected at the range low.
I am in waiting mode until it breaks somewhere.


It broke the level to the downside and i waited for a setup but it is now back in range.

Pullback is not completely gone, could be a 2 legged one. I am monitor it.A bear trend candle on M5, but very barcoding on M1.. And a Bullish OB candle so this pullback is completely gone now.

 Now in a range.


Still premarket low and high that the price stayes inside.

Breaks the range to the downside and rejects at the top. No real impuls.. Doesnt create an entry candle for me.

When this popped up my bran tried to convince me to gos hort. I was thinking... OO its a banana on M5 and a retest of premarket range low on M5. I t was not a signal and i did not fall for the temptation.
Good one EMMA!! 11:17. Was going to sell the seed. Gapped down so no trade. But not comfirmed as a trendchange yet.  Tricky one. 
2. Not enough pullback to me. Also inside a wide range. Could trade the wide Ranges, but did not take this one.

3 and 4. My Reason for filtering these ones was that price was still stuck inside the range.

Have the most recent levels marked.I
ts not smooth so lets see what happens at the open.

Both indices goes down to Zone(trendline) and fly from there to the upside.

Us30 fly. Nas in barcode at the moment.
Watched the market and was very keen to go short on nas. I did that but failed..


Aaah… i messed it up. –0,25% rent.

OMG...

Are we in sync or what?

So today we were both not in the chatroom and we traded on our own.

And we both messed up, what looks like now, an obvious down move, ....

someone backtesting this tomorrow will make 2R easy.

In my case I had VERY good entries, just very bad (trying to be clever) exits.... it back fired... I was actually trying to protect my earlier wins from last week. And that is the problem. We must trade objectively, and not try to protect our previous profits by trading in correctly. Once I take a trade, I should manage the trade on its own merits and not by "what I need for my account" or "what I want"....

Lets do it again tomorrow... but this time, lets do it BETTER!!!! it never ends...

When it moves Important- Not in an M1 range. Impuls, not too climatic and a pullback, not to impulsive.
The icing on the cake is a signal.  

THOUGHTS AND TRADES

DaX opens to the downside and get rejected at the previous low and goes back to the openline right away.

I will as usually wait for a break of that level to trade. 

AT 10:11 we have a breakout!. And then channeling. But could be a waltz on M5.
Very near the channel high so not the best place to place a trade.

Right now the market is in a wide range.NO trade and now its time for me to go.

NAS H1 in a bull channel..Us H1 is in a likewise formation but very ugly.

Both indices is in an upward channel on M5.

Could be turning into a downmove at the open.

When it moves. Be sure it moves impulsive and respect the phases.If i am concerned. DO NOT TRADE


I am watching. Nas goes up and Dow goes down, but seems to get rejected.

TRADE 2 D
ow dropped and made a pullback. I went short below it. Ended as BE.
Okey one.

After that dow is inside everything and nas is struggeling at the top.
Dow is now struggeling at the highs and nas is through.
No setup, they are both impulsive though.


 Nas is just wierd. Us30 was a good setup but missed it. Its okey. 
Then i missed the setup on Nas due to hesitation.
