Re: The BANANA Technique [The Trading Course]
I always find it more useful to see trading signals to avoid than one's to take - thanks for showing the screenshots

I think its more important to learn when NOT to trade. Both are important but since most of the signals are worth "filtering" it is what we "ought" to be good at.
Another filter today.

What is the Secret of Successful Trading?
The Consistent Pursuit of DS1
The thing that makes me money in trading is when I "Objectively Follow my Trading Plan".
I understand that I can't catch all the moves or all the signals but my objective is to catch THE VALID SIGNALS & ONLY the Valid Signals.

The Trading Checklist
Over the past year or more I have used a checklist that has helped me stay objective and helped me remain focused on checking my charts at the top of every hour. I want to record the ACT of checking the CHARTS.
It works for me. I like to print these and use a pen to mark it. If you like having that "tactile" feel then this might be for you too.
cheers

Re: AVOID THESE SIGNALS
These examples are wonderful! Thank you Immy!immy wrote: 22 Mar 2023, 09:30 I went through 24 months of data and found out a particular type of signal that has cost me the most amount of losses.
Here I would like to show some screenshots to show which type of signals I try to avoid or should be avoiding.
AVOID: Signals when you see a REJECTION of a Level. AVOID anticipation of a BREAKOUT of a Trading Range.
Continuation vs Trend Change Signals:

Take these type of Signals to GET FUNDED QUICK. Win Funded Account Challenge in 1 Trade or Two.jpg
In the previous example we saw a failed long signal which appeared at the trading range high (a failed breakout). But here a couple of day later we see a further rejection of the highs and then a signal to the short side. These can be taken if you know why you're doing it. Else wait for the break of this TTR then trade the Retest. 2023-03-22_09-31-49.jpg
