A PC on CTF shows there may be a wave 4 on the LTF of which we see the abc zigzag. Below is H1 GU 24 Nov 2017 followed by H4

Below is GU H4 PC Pattern

Below we have DAX M1 patterns. Some would confuse a B trap and C trap within sideways market.
B trap and PC are spotted only within and at peaks of Impulse waves

A Bullish B trap is at the bottom (peak) of Bearish Impulse wave
but you can predict it, because before a b trap there is Scooby pattern.

How PC NEWS and Btrap are connected

Unread post by immy »

A PC is a "fakeout" that happens aginst the Stepping up or down of AIMS Box.

Also know as the zig zag retrace or pullback in the general trading world.

In Wave terms, corrections usually have abc pattern. Within the ABC pattern the C is usually the most violent and spikey one.
IT usually breaks the HIGH/PEAK of Wave B. Usually there is a BOX high/LOW at the B wave peak. It will break it and imediately reverse.

This is closely linked to NEWS Events.

Today we see on GU , that D1 shows a down spike, a Bull PC pattern due to news that UK will compromise on the Irish border.

Price shot up.

Also note that a PC will have a B trap somewhere inside it on a lower time frame. The Fractal Geometry of the market.

How to Trade Principle C pattern

Unread post by immy »

THis image shows an M1 Chart on Dow today. Just one example. I will share more charts at a later date and will continue to do so on other charts.

PC Pattern is a very good pattern that repeats fairly often and provides HIGH probability trade setups.

1. Identify the PC Pattern is about to happen
2. Identify level to the left
3. Make sure Gator is Open
4. Make sure AO has not diverged and its either showing a fresh 3 or 5
5. make sure TZ1 has not been hit for the 1-5 sequence or the current wave 3 or 5.
6. Wait for confirmation Candle to Make Entries. This could be AIMS The Seed or AIMS the Cherry Signal or if you're familiar with price patterns then use OB or PB formation as confirmation.

Principle C Entries

Unread post by immy »

Principle C is a Legitimate pattern with high rate of success and low risk.

here is one, subtle pc on AUD/USD.

Also note that I have been following AUD/USD d1 chart which was boxed tight. I told @jasmien that we should watch it and if it ever breaks out. we will get in short.

Sure enough, last night on news, it broke below those levels.
consolidated during the day and then finally PCeed itself
