H1 report:
I took no trades today nothing was clear to me. all price boxes and levels...

What we are doing now is that our pairs in BOXED and on Dailies wedged ... we are playing inside those levels.. but when price is too close to the upper and lower levels and wedges are getting tighter on D1, h1 is getting squashed.

e.g. EU hit the high of the box and then went down but met the 1.12 level. a BRN alone is nothing unless you see that price has recently created an S/R zone around it... and only that is not enough, you need to know that its been something in the past and then for price to respond to it in the current time (near past) last few days for h1.

UJ is at the bottom of a downward triangle/wedge and trying to kick below 100 but most probably it will "fakeout" at this level... we shall monitor this area and trade carefully.

GU is similar to UJ but if you look at the weekly chart, it's a scooby (inverted) meaning price is stuck in a box and if it breaks below the snout we will have a 5 down otherwise a longer term wave 4 sideways will continue in either case we will be able to trade h1 comfortably but right now its stuck.
Todays bar did not offer much... 1.3 just under the price now and above it is the daily box low. that box is not alone as if you look to the left there is another box formed in july leveling it so that makes it important. 1.3050 area.

swissy is the opposite of EU , similar stuff.

Suddenly realised I was going on the path of complicating things for the Simple Hourly Seeds method. I do apologise.

There seems to be a fine line between simply taking all reasonable setups and doing some more analysis to filter some setups! :-?

Always tough. I think when the market is sideways, waiting for something to happen, we tend to start analysing more things and then we meet many more things that really did not matter when we were hitting those big winners.

All of a sudden market will start to move and we will forget about the extra analysis. As you said, there is a fine line...

about that UJ Trade

I think the most important factor here was the "hotness" of the Market as a whole and then the hotness of a single pair. Everyday we identify if the market is moving or not, as a whole, right from the get go...

I see the price being boxed after the down move on the 21st. it did not really break any highs of lows after that.

No trades from me today as nothing seemed 'hot'. Hopefully there will be some action tomorrow. :)

not that we can't tradre "witin ranges" but would be a better idea to trade the ranges with HIGHER RANGE... but I think for our purposes, Choosing which pair/s to trade TODAY is the MOST important factor. and Lets express our thoughts in skype , simply by saying this one is hot. If the other disagrees then they can point out with reasons. I think it should help us .

moreover, if anyone is up for some backtesting. I have this idea if can be done.
Hypothesis: The Seeds just outside the Box will have higher success rate over all. (not that success rate is the point)

So here we have a boxed area. What is The Boxed Area? Well if you match the box highs it becomes one Big Box. As indicated by the box drawn over the AIMS boxes.

So, the idea is to wait for the breakout of the box, and then take the tiny little seeds

Note, some Seeds might appear, during backtesting, as inside the box, but note that during live trading the box might not have formed. So you have to keep an eye for that

~Would it improve our trading our dent profits?

But more importantly would it give "us" a psychological boost?
