When to take Fruit

Unread post by immy »

When to take Fruits?
There is a time when the market is not in the countable wave formation and its just building into a structure that's where I target Fruits. once its formed a structure we follow the structure that is, when you see a 3 you wait for 4 and target 5. Once you see a clear trend, don't simply start bucking the trend by trying every fruit. If you must do that the try upto 2 times and if they don't work leave it alone an wait for next setup when setup is in line with count etc. e.g. 5dec LO session, market kept going up albeit not in style it had one strong candle up and then 3 small down, and each time it pushed up it created a fruit ,now it looked like angulation but it never really "rallied" up and went out of momentum. It was a choppy type of up trend.

What happens if you keep trying?
If you kept trying every fruit you'd have realised at the end that you were trying to buck the trend which was going in a slightly less than 45 degrees to the top right corner of the chart and parallel to the gator lines. Until finally at 9.45. (brown line) it kind of gasped up. You could have tried that too. But it did not work either. At this point you should have realised its NFP day may be you should have let the market a lot today since most of the volatility is to be expected to hit the market AFTER Nfp. Most people would have been so frustrated by this move that they probably started doubting the system, the validity of fruit signals , may be the system as a whole and worst of all, they might start doubting their own abilities which is certainly NOT TRUE.

The Role of Angle
Angle is the indication of strong momentum. Fruit is the indication of Counter to Momentum Price Action. Leading Edge Information that may lead to change in direction of the trend.

What an amazing pattern full day today. great volatility great for Fruities
The following chart shows my favourite reversal pattern Fruit that picks the peak of Wave 2. gets you into a new three.

Fruit is changing my perspective of the market. Being in the Now really helps here.

below I show a EUR/USD trade I took this am. Just looked at the H1 chart and found this. Put a small position and left to see Sarah's Christmas carol! enjoyed a coffee in a french cafe' really good (they import beans from France direclty hehe) and then went to buy christmas tree and now looking at that EU trade. Fantastic. You don't have to work hard to make money let the money work for you instead

Below I commented on my "silly trade". it does not look that silly anymore... basically i was trying to make a point that although how silly it might appear if it ticks all the rules, you take it. If you do this activity a gazillion time eventually it becomes part of your "habitual" self. This script is well engraved into the subconscious and then you start taking trades without paying too much attention to it and still they are good trades. You feel intuitive... you get gut feeling and you regularly feel "inspired" and from the state of joy and bliss you feel quite "spiritual" about your trading. Its all because you've done the hard work of "being disciplined" long enough so it becomes natural to you! IMHO

These are the NYO Trades. I tried a short and got stopped out and then just after open, price went up adn created a Fruit .bang I took the short and added on at the next available aims level.

Result: +42 + 62 = 104 Pips. and its dropping now as I write this... Who cares...

Some more fun this am, not as lovely as yesterday but it is lovely!

Step 1. Identify The Setup - Luckily half of your analysis is coded into this indicator AIMS The Fruit which automatically identifies the correct Bars/Candles to consider for taking a trade.
13-01-2015 09-09-07.png
Step 2. Validate the Fruit - Does it have correct angle. Has price pulled away from gator creating an nice widening angle between gator red and blue lines and the price. Further explanation on learning how to analyse angle is given earlier in this topic. The following images is another attempt to help you learn it. Mr. Thang asked in Skype Live Trading Room today. So I created these images while i was managing this long trade.
13-01-2015 09-11-59.png
Step 3. Find the best exit point. Once market has gone in your favour, to the right side of the gator its time to look for exits with profits.
13-01-2015 09-30-39-2.png

Step 4. Exit your trades with profit.

Thank you once more for this great LO session this morning in Skype room. It was so enlightening again. You gave me an idea of how easy fruit trading (entries and exits) can be when you stay in the now, are completly free of fear, anxiety and hasitation and analyze the signals in the most simple manner without complicating it unnecessarily. That's the art of trading, IMHO. It's a rather far journey in front of me to trade in a way that even begins to compare to your elegance and ease.

With my biggest respect!!!

Cheers
