Hi

I'd like to clarify a few things

We are trading Dax M5 and M1 in the Skype Room. Both time frames can be traded and discussed. Calls will be made by members on both time frames.

We will also discuss H1 and D1 time frame from time to time.

I recommend EVERY aimster to create at least a demo account , just for fun, and keep taking trades on D1 only. This will be a HUGE investment in your future. Just keep taking the same fruit and classic breakout trades with add ons and keep growing that account quitely. Do not spend more than 15 minutes in the evening on d1 charts.

Following is a good portfolio for your D1 or W1 trading/investing.

Markets to Trade
Currencies
MAJORS (All Pairs with USD on either side are majors but these four a called majors )
1. EUR/USD: The euro and the U.S. dollar
2. USD/JPY: The U.S. dollar and the Japanese yen
3. GBP/USD: The British pound sterling and the U.S. dollar
4. USD/CHF: The U.S. dollar and the Swiss franc
(The above four is what i trade on H1 and nothing else)
other majors
5. THE CANADIAN DOLLAR USD/CAD
6. THE AUSSIE DOLLAR AUD/USD
7. THE KIWI DOLLAR NZD/USD

Image

The following 6 can be a good mix that covers nearly all major currency action in the world

Image

Major Crosses (don't go for the exotic obscure crosses such as ZAR, SAR etc but Singapore dollar is not bad though we don't have it our portfolio.
8. EURO POUND EUR/GBP
9. EURO YEN OR POUND YEN EUR/JPY OR GBP/JPY OR BOTH
11. eur/aud
12. cad/jpy
13. aud/jpy
14. gbp/aud
15. gbp/nzd
16 aud/cad

If you still to the top 12 you'd do farely well.

Add some Commodities
Energies
1. Breant or Crude Oil
Metals
2. Gold or Silver or both
3. Copper
Indices
4. dow jones 30 WS30
5. s&p500
6. NASDAQ100
Grains
7. Corn
8. soybean
9. wheat

sorry I have to leave, i'll finsih this later

Demo for dailies created. Is there corn, wheat etc on GKFX?

Let's see how practicalities goes as usually I'm sleeping in midnight. Not always though. I will check the markets if awake still, if not then first thing in the morning. That is before Frankfurt open. Of course moving Asia sessions can ruin this plan. Let's see.

You don't have to be up till midnight.
You can see the setup just before going to bed even if the bar is not finished. you will know what to do once you start looking
You might then mark the ones that are almost ready and either trade them there and then or wait for am and quickly make entries. 10-20 pips up or down does not matter here. i often do my fruit entries on pullbacks specially when fruit is a pin bar. (for H1 and Daily)

A Beautiful London Session.

Some Affirmations to do before Session starts

1. Repeat the Five Fundamental Truths. Read it aloud and clearly.
2. Read aloud the 7 Principles of Consistency
3. Usual Positive Affirmations about trading

and

> I do not predict the market I only observe what's happening in the now.
> I do not predict market where it will go before taking a trade
> I do not predict the market where it will go after I have taken the trade
> I do not predict the market where it will go after I have taken exit signal.
> By following the above principles I always stay in the now.

You can also add
> I do not hesitate to exit the market when I see an Exit Signal. I obey the rules of my system.

and ONE POWERFUL M1 TECHNIQUE That Only Needs 15 minutes to 1 hr per day. That's it.
Restrict your Trading Time to Either one or Both Session Opens. Depends on your geographic location. Europeans and around this time zone all the way to India can trade both sessions, the Aussies' and Kiwis might Hit London session easily and some might be able to trade the NEO session as well. Pick one which ever IS EASY. or both if both are easy.
Magic happens on DAX at Session Open. Right at the first minute and 30 minutes after wards.
Session 1. London Open and/or NEO (NY Equities Open)
Restrict yourself to take trades ONLY at 8am UK. If there is a sets up and you make pips. That's it finish.
Then
Restrict yourself to take trade ONLY at 14.30 PM UK. If there is a setup right at the start or 30 minutes take it. 30 minutes each session.
Time frame M1. DAX

Some interesting fruit trades today.

When you want to take a Fruit but Fruit is big. You can wait for it to pull back a bit. Its not a very objective way to get in but with a little bit of practice you will get the hang of it. This way your initial risk is reduced to less than half of the risk required by the length of Fruit bar.
