What is the Secret of Successful Trading?
The Consistent Pursuit of DS1
The thing that makes me money in trading is when I "Objectively Follow my Trading Plan".
I understand that I can't catch all the moves or all the signals but my objective is to catch THE VALID SIGNALS & ONLY the Valid Signals.
My Deathbed Advice "5:1 Reward to Risk Ratio".

20/7 trade 3
Result +0R
I closed manually as there was no momentum.
I search for extra tight boxes going with the trend(open alligator ) and SETUP1 in the lower timeframe.

Re: Ioannis's journal
The Correct way to record your trades is in Batches of 20. And Mark each trade first with , "did I follow the plan"? if you've broken one of your rules... its a DS0. Is it part of your plan to Trade GU on M5/M1?

Re: Ioannis's journal
Immy, as i wrote in previous page, till 13 August i can be in front of my computer 6-16!!! hours after London Open, so i want to take 1-3 trades per day only setup1, to have enough trades to do my analysis. My discipline for that period is only perfect setups1 which mean from my analysis those last 2 months, all the known requirements + tight box, preferably horizontal. Most of the setups will be H4/H1, H1/M15.
In the past i have used any known method-system-indicator exists. For the last 2-3 years i was searching only for tops and bottoms, till i understood that "only the trend is your friend", which i had to pay some money to understand. When i look at a chart i see all the known patterns and candlesticks, so i have to forget them for now(although everything someone knows, it helps) and concentrate to SETUP1 only, which makes perfect sense to me(it's like stealing candy from a baby).
That is my story and if i break the rules of that forum, tell me if i can post somewhere else my trades. It's the first time i do that for such period(lack of discipline) and i "d like to continue that.
Thanks for any feedback

Re: Ioannis's journal
There are no rules to stop you from posting trades as long as you are following AIMS methods. I was merely reminding you that if you're doing a T20 on a certain time frame you should stick to that time frame. Trading the m1 for experience does not really increase experience for the higher time frame. That's what I found through working with a lot of you guys here in the forum. It turns out, no matter how many trades you take or dont, on whatever time frame, experience comes with time counted in DAYS and hrs ...

24/7 trade 6
Result -1R
The Box was big, so i put the stop loss above Pivot Point(maybe first mistake). Also alligator was not very sleepy(maybe after 3-4 bars was better). Also the retracement before, was above the blue line. So a low(bad) probability trade.
