Dow starts to move before the open. Just waiting for  setup now.
Nas is dropping too and i am waiting for a setup. Lets see

NEWS RED GBP news at 15:15. Not really affecting my trading.
D1 Wide range
H1 Bearish breakout
M5 Tight bear channel
 
If it goes down we have pretty clear air until 15000. So about 500 pips to the low of the range.

We have room to the upside as well. Level at 16089.

Its time for open in just a few minutes and i have now market the premarket area.
 
The open starts with movemts up and down sideways.


waiting patientally. 

 At this point in my trading it feels as easy as i had imagined it when i started. Feeling good!!

(Yes i saw that i had US30 M15 and not M5 in the beginning of the session, however.... that would not have affected my desicion making.

I was lucky that the order did not go through.
After a closer look at it and a comment from Immy that the pullback does not look correct i can see what he means. 
It is just one pullback candle.

I looked at another level than Immy did. I had room to the level i had drawed. However a valid setup.
And of course could have been filtered based on the level that immy had drawed.

A very cute signal though.

This week has been good overall. 
I feel in balance with my tradingplan and i trade good setups. 

I only had 2 setups that i traded during this week. I have filtered some winners based on levels to the left that i have marked.
It feels when a filtered setup is a winner. I will still follow my plan though. 
I have not traded all sessions this week due to appointments that could not be moved.
One thing that is different is that i feels okey. The edge will still play out, i dont need to rush. 

I start to be aware right away when the fomo and fear sneaks up on me and by neing aware i can decide to not let the fear to make desicions. I can still be objective by noticing what is fearful/hopeful thoughts and what is objective thoughts by the plan.

I have had some moments of confusion and now i know not to trade when i am in that state. I have to let the feeling come and go and then i can look at the charts with the right mind. 
The confusion is a sign that "the chart is not really what i want them to be to trade, but with a little change on how to apply the rules i can make it fit into a DS1"
This is my weakest point in my trading. 
I will continue to be aware of when that happens and practise over and over of what i need to do when that happens.

Today there is alot of levels to the left and news 30 min into the session.
I will monitor the levels and take a signal if the levels are cleared and there is enough room to the next.

The open is chaos. Random chaos.

Another disciplined day.
When it just moves and moves it easy for the fomo to trigger. I will have to say that i am quite good at mananging it by now. I waited for my setup and
i took it.

I filtered the way i should have and i am happy with my managing.

Price hit the range low of the daily chart yd night and then began to move up a bit.
We could see a continuation to the upside inside the range.

Could also be a slow day after this bearmove the previous days.

Could also break the low and go down even more but i am iffy about that one. The rejection last night was strong.
 
I trade what i see so i´ll just wait for a move.

DAX opes to the downside. I have a level below that hs to clear.

Its now below the level and i can start look for a signal.

Its on the verge of being climatic. I will remain objective about the situation.

A retest of the level to the left would be nice.

Have some issues with putting more or less value in levels to the left. 
I am a 100% or 0% kind of person so i have to practise on wich levels are valid as filters and which are not. 
So when i mark a level then it 100% filter one and not just me marking random levels to the left.
I know range high and lows are VIP lines. also Premarket high and low are important to me.
And then its a little blurry sometimes. But i will work on it.

During this crash its way too volatile for my type of trading.

Today i did not have any setups.

Also no shittrades and disciplined!
I am happy with my performance today.

Better safe than sorry

I have marked levels with cautious and i am marking levels as the morning progress as well on m1 ( the phases) to make it even more clear of when to
trade and when not to.

I can not mark every high and low on every timeframe….

 Trade 10. A thin setup to me. A type of setup 2 but not the flow in the chart that i want and i will also say that m5 is a bit climatic which would make me not take the m5 pullback so why would i take this?
 Not the ones i want to trade so i will mark this as a ds0. Got  out quick as it was not a trade i like to take.

Overall i did good this morning. I know that when i am insecure avout a setup it means DO NOT TAKE IT!.

I noticed my misstake right away and i got out.
