Trade 14
I gave structure to a messy market today. And that lead to me validating this setup. Its according to the rules, but not that good that i thought at the moment.
also the first imopuls after LO. So valid.

Trade 15
Break and retest. Ended with +1R 

Trade 16.
IFFY AS HELL( based on my feelings. . But i can describe why i took it based on objectivity. +3 R

DOW/NAS 

Both Dow and Nas is in a range on h1. Still big enough to trade inside it. Be aware at the high and low.
They are both in a downtrend on M5 from what looks like a newsrelease at mid day.Lets see what the open brings. I am ready for a messy start.

A break and retest. Concern – H1 levels. They were broken but was a FAKEOUT. So rented 


Trade 18

A valid trade on nas. Did not move sl to be. Was a pippet away…
The most anoying thing is that it slipped when entered so it was supposed to be a BE..
Feel like a child who is getting treaten unfair. it happens though and will not ruin my career.

I am feeling dissapointed. I can understand why. Because the mornings profit decreased. I have a fard time changing the to thinking – did i trade as per my rules? Yes i did.
And i also made profits overall today....

Its like a disaster rollercoaster is beginning to go round and round in my head. What if i does not make profit this month? Have i understood the strategy correct? And so on.
This is the fear of losing money speaking.
I have an edge. I have traded for over 1,5 year and i have never lost money.

I did good. I am doing good!


End of the day:
Have i followed my plan? YES
Have i written my feelings and thoughts to get them out of my system? YES.
Have i seen my feelings and thoughts as signals and have i been aware of them and not let them take over me? yes

Hey, how funny. I took the same trade is morning as you. But did not see nas neo as you did. I’m not saying you are wrong, you are the queen lol! and have more experience to draw from!! But it just goes to show why we all have similar but different outcomes over the long run even though we are all trading the same strategy. 

individual interpretation and is everything. 

These exact scenarios make the best discussions. I see the trades you take or do not take and in my head is always a question or a clarification I can draw from it. 

today the question is, am I seeing climatic too early? Am I thinking something is climatic when it isn’t overly stretched? Maybe it is a personal tolerance thing. 

Either way whoever is ‘right or wrong’ it is one trade in a batch and as you say over all you are a WINNER.

NEWS Cad news in the Afternoon. Be aware on H1 only.
LO/DAX
Since before FO have DAx been moving up. M5 looks ready for a reset (S1) but its LO and new info is coming so i am open for what is to come.
H1 is in a 300 pip range so okey to trade inside it.I have an underlying fear of losing today. (probably hormons) BLAHABLAHABLAHAHA

I have had an unhealthy focus on the profits and the equity curve. It feels like i have the profits made and i does not think of that is alot of days to come before i have the payout or the batch/month is over. I easily become laserfocus on the now instead of thinking about my overall profitability in
the long run.

I would say that this trade was wishful thinking.I saw that M5 was low quality bit then when it moved above the highs with a TC i became wishful.Will mark this a Ds0. UGLY.

RENT
I am feeling that this is the shittiest trade i have ever taken. Yes, the pessimist inside of me is strong today.  Needs some sideways and then a impuls and signal.  NEXT! What i will have to work on. Making Climactic a more objective desicionmaking process. AND be resiliant towards these hopeful moments i experience once in a while. Like today.

And then suddenly its like my mind is getting connected again aand i can sense some positivity and the state of there is no rush. As long aas i think in terms of money and what i can do with it, it destroys me.

I am feeling stressed to miss a move, so stressed that i COULD NOT MISS A MOVE. I have been in a quantity trading phase instead of quality. 
I KNOW that is not the way to go. Its the opposite. Less is more. The statistics (If i exclude this week) shows the right numbers on winrate etc, but the profit is low. The less quality setups adds to the Be´s and less winners. 


Have the feeling that it is not okey to miss a move. Leads to taking setups with lower quality on the fear of missing it IF it flies och drops from this price. 
I have had difficult wiith being objective. I have loosen my rules, not on purpose. I havent included all the rules when looking for a setup, not on purpose either. 
How can i work through this? I had anxiety about it this friday. Over the weekend it have decreased and i can now be more objective about it.
100%, I was in a slump.

This friday was the worst day mentally. I will not trade if i have that feeling. 

My setup is SO CLEAR to me. Fomo kills it in live trading. I am working on it. Its always 2 steps forward and one step back. We all have our struggles and we all have to work on them. This in the "one step back"-
I am still learning and always will. 
What i also need to fix is the mindret of needing to trade to make money. Of course i need to trade, but i dont need to place a trade every session. I dont need to take a less quality one just to make a trade.... NO NO NO 
I am still referring to my first live months when i have two months of making 8% (that was risking 1%) and that time i was SOOO CONSERVATIVE!!!!
I was better not knowing to much. 
The setup is the HOLY GRAIL.
 We dont need to know so much. ( dont take this line wrong) NO ned to tweek anything. Nothing, Nada, ABSOLUT INGENTING. 

I have revalued my ds score and trading setups this week. Its not good at all. The good thing is that i have realised to quickly that i slipped into the wrong path. 

I am looking forward to next week. when everyone around me have sunday anxiety for the next work week i am the opposite, SUPER EXCITED for the week to come!

This is really the "job" of my dreams. 

Out of these periods comes aha moments and also a growth in trading confidence. It is tough to be in it but i need them.

Hi 

On the M1 since we are looking for HIGH momentum Setups only... I suggest that you revert back to the Aggressive settings so that these types of signals are eliminated. You will need to change settings in both the Banana and the Banana trend indicator. For H1 though, I like the 10/20 settings.
