Dax was a mess
Nas was moving with more structure and smoothness so i chose to trade that one

GBP bank holiday   

I am risking 0,25% this week to lower my stress. 

 
DAX and NAS M5 is sideways. 

At the open they have cleared the highs to the left  
11:03 filtered due to the wave looks oled. I can see that there is a new phase as LO happened. But i am not keen to take a seed so late in a
move. Waiting for a proper pullback.  
 

Po on 11:06. Cancelled and not i will wait for another move to assess. 
Reset on nas is happening. (AO at zeroline) 
Dags is cleaner but have not come back to the zeroline from FO  
DAX 11:16. Long PO. Momentum is there and a 1 C banana. Po cancelled.  

I am waiting for a prober pullback now.  

Its drops too much and the pullback is gone.

Session DD is hit and i am done. 
What am i feeling= not super great. But slow is the way to go. I hit The Session DD and i am not going against that.
 The trades are valid and i was objective in my descision making.  
I will come back tomorrow. No need to rush this.

DAX, A valid lobot trade. Momentum was there and i took the signal Ds1.

Nas, an impuls to the downside and a confirmationcandle to go short. Ended with a rent

Nas, a clear impuls. The pullback was not superclean, but a confirmationcandle got me in. DS1 
+3R 

18 
Nas. A banana to go short after a good impuls with a okey pullback. Got me out be and then dropped.  

 
Well. That happens. The outcome is random. I just keep taking my signals. 
I remained objective during the whole session. I will be back tomorrow!!

NAS. A clean BO and a good pullback with a banana. a bit big candle so did not go to move sl to +1R. But a BE.
A ds1

Trade 20
DAX. When i had moved sl to be on the trade on nas i saw an opportunity to go short on dax as well. It was the second pullback and valid. 
it went to 2 R so sl was mover to +1R and exited at +1R.

I learned a good lesson today. I have had a HTF filter on almost all my trading journey. And when i think about it i can understand why and that is that i want to be safe. I want to be as sure as i can be. But after a great discussion on discord i can see that i usually miss the first pullback because the ema filter does not allow me to take them. And i end up trading the second pullback which is not bad, but i miss the initial move. 


I removed the 50 ema filter and made myself some objective rules. 
AO needs to be on the "right side", Red for shorts and green for longs. Another thing to observe is that the countermove HAS to be impulsive and the move before it have to have the look of loosing momentum, like a micro TR or a channel. Like the entrys on DAX that i pointed out today. 



My first T20 is done and the first half of it was a PURE KATASTROPH!!!!! I put myself in a drawdown. I was looking for a way to be 100% objective but i failed BIG TIME. I was mechanical..... And things went worse. 

But "no evil that has no good with it"

Now i see what went wrong. I was lacking focus and at the same time i did not have clear and objective rules. Well.. I have rules but when out of focus i lack the objectivity to see the market as it is. So now i have made 100% OBJECTIVE rules. Like when i can take a seed, when its to early to put a po in a pullback. 
With these rules i have developed for my self i have a clear process that i can follow even when i am not being in the zone. 
I don't lack discipline, i lack objectivity. 
I can now see that i easily can see if its a valid or invalid signal. Not every time, but 80% of the time is good enough.

Trade 3. I took the same. I see it as DS1. As the trigger candle was the session open candle. Potato potatoe. The risk was it was the open candle so for me technically it was not before the session started. Granted it was bloody close lol. The setup itself if you take time out of the question was ds1

I also did not take any further trades in the move. Had our trade been a winner, we could have easily taken the next setup, and after two winners, we’ll, we could have taken the third of sitting on 6r and so on. But! We did not, and it does not matter. Once it’s gone it’s gone and that is what it is. We did not chase and go rogue.

I will mainly focus on indices at LO 
I messed up so bad. I have reached the rock bottom.  

I messed up a winner today and i think i woke up....  
I am in a optimizing period but its just goes horribly wrong.

I trade momentum seed where they should not be taken. I am trading bananas and just screwing it up.  

I need a detox.  
Taking away the 1 C seed and the one C banana.  

I am feeling desperate. It does not suit me. I dont know what when to trade what. I tried to have clear rules, but the objectivity just
vanishes.  

And therefore i need to focus one ONE thing. And that is proper pullbacks. If they not show in a week. SO WHAT?!?! 
This was my main plan to do this week. But i felt that i had the clear rules i needed. I didnt. 
I failed. And i am i a drawdown. Thats tough.. 

Why is it so hard to let go of the seeds? Because i see people profit from them. My mind cant cope with that.  
In the heats of the moment i have no clue. NO CLUE 
 
My logical me says. DONT CARE ABOUT THE SEEDS, you dont need them.  

And the fomo me is saying. WHY DONT YOU TAKE THE SEEDS, tthey are profitable AF. 

But do i profit from them? NO because my mind can NOT focus on 2 types of entries. It is my desparate wanting to make money that want
to benefit from everything.  
 
Now my DD is hit.  

 

Just looking at the chart i would have had 3R, BE and a rent.  
I have to take a break from the chats next week to re-aline myself with me  . I am in a period of getting to influenced by others around me(
no offence to anyone in the chatroom, this is an “mental peoblem” i have and it is my duty to make it work for me)  

 
Well.. That was me letting it out.  
 
I have now with a calm mind went through this week on nas and dow during LO. Trading without 1 C seed and 1 C banana with mechanical
rules.  

And the outcome is 19 R´s.  

That is with CLEANn impuls and clean 1 legged or 2 legged with emas seperated.  
And now again i can ask. DO I NEED THE 1 candle seeds and the 1 candle bananans? NO  
I have not even been choosy. 
 
I am posting this weeks backtesting on Daxy to remind myself of what i trade.
