Re: HUNT Discussions, Q&A, Rants and Charts
[5:15:13 PM] Immy - AIMS: I'd like to bring attention to my analysis about GU setup this am... the reasons I filtered the trade... and it paid off.
[5:15:30 PM] Immy - AIMS: there was a perfectly valid cherry long signal but there I found a problem.
[5:15:40 PM] Immy - AIMS: i saw there was D1 box high. that gave me a hint.
[5:16:12 PM] Immy - AIMS: so I inspected it futher and found that it created a proper SR zone with levels bouncing off a zone ... that created the box high. it was enough for me to leave that signal alone...
[5:16:28 PM] Immy - AIMS: later it created a strong sell pin bar... which could have been taken short.
[5:16:49 PM] Immy - AIMS: so first i said i'm going long t
[5:17:07 PM] Immy - AIMS: then immediately saw what i marked on the following picture .. shared above

Hi Immy, I don't think it's just me but there seems to be a problem with the Dec license downloading as a .php file. Any suggestions or a chance of a new license? Thanks

Always look to the left and check if the levels to the left are too close to the entry

Re: HUNT Discussions, Q&A, Rants and Charts
Here we are again... a New Year a new passion a new set of goals... (well same overall objective really... but had to write it as it was in good sequence...
)
I wish you a happy new year again...
I start with a question... lets get a discussion started here. We do alot of stuff in the skype group which gets scrolled up and often gets lost. But that's also very good thing. We repeat ourselves... yes yes ...
Tell me which one is the best, and why... you can post your own pictures in reply if you like... would be appreciated.
Today I saw a Setup on USDCAD... called it and I think JAsmien followed suit. She took her profit at TZ1... i took at after the "2nd push". Yes there is often a push , pause and push again... it happens often after a strong breakout... on nearly all hte time frames using setup1.....
What makes this a Good Setup 1? moreover ... here is an example of a VERY good apple...
its a reversal signal on the current time frame but look at the 5xHTF and you know you're in a strong up trend.
Expanding the horizon
When I start to trade the h1 charts from the daily charts perspective the world of opportunities expands too much...
i can find higher probability high reward to low risk type trades... very often...
The process is simple.. .scan my charts towards the end of the day... it does not have to be the right last minute it can be an hour or two before or after the close of the daily candle.
Its the search for the right setup
its THE HUNT
The Search for the right situation
I would simply look for
a. Open Gator Situation on D1 ... (this would allow me to find nice Hunt and S1 entries on the lower time frame within the ESTABLISHED trend.
b. look for Bar formations such as PB and oB Fruits or PB OB in line with gator.... (this would give me the opportunity to look for setups in that direction on lower time frames
c. I'll spot some Hunt signals on D1 chart and may take them on D1 or use the h4 or h1 .

I wish you a happy new year again...

Not sure if I'm right here but these were my thoughts on cherries.
*I also like to add the cherry No.4 looks like a nice bearish Pinbar so if I did see that one on D1 I'd know that trend-direction is going to be short with a high probability but I would not trade the actually cherry, I would chase LTF's for setup's entries.
Thank you.

Re: HUNT Discussions, Q&A, Rants and Charts
Best cherry is definitely the 4th now that we know outcome but if watching them in real time, id skip 1 because not much retracement, only take first cherry if start of wave, since this wave is a bit old wait for a good pullback, Nº2 similar reasons, it does seem to bounce on previous box low so might have placed po on it but not triggered and immediately canceled on next bar. Nº3 looks like bounce from blue line but the bar itself don't look very good, best ones are pinbar types like the Nº4, good retracement, long tail, and bounce of box low from several days days before and box high early that day. This are usually apples tho, dont see much pinbar type cherries that big, usually their small pins, almost dojis, and ao even crossed zl briefly, id call that an apple and look for cherry on HTF.
