P.S. I know, it was not a good fruit, not far enough away from gator
Hi Bettina
First off the long was a very good trade. and if you had taken that and enjoyed the profits..it was time to let go. We do not need to over trade. We do not need to trade too often at all no matter what time frame.
The long trade was my favourite, you hit the bottom of Wave 4 there, judging by only this picture. The short, you did not have the odds of eWave etc on your side but having taken it when you exited it was a good decision to get out. Whether you should have taken the Seed is a different matter. The two trades were not connected, the fruit short did not work which is ok, and the seed long was a good signal , even the eWave odds in your favour and it was in the direction of hte trend. Seeds = Continuation of Trend Entries and Fruit = Counter trend entries. So yes, you could have gone long but the long trade was a Seed and you cannot technically call it a stop and reverse. Having said that, the fruit entries itself, can be easily stopped and reversed if the The Fruit has created an AIMS level.
I hope this helps... (wrote it in a rush)
