Immy, any chance I can get access to the forex tester 2 AIMS indicators? I bought the licence about a year ago and would love to practice using AIMS indicators. Are the indicators free for premium members or do I have to pay for them?

Friday I watched the markets for a while before taking any trades. I ended up with 2 good winning trades and called it a day. The rest of the week did not go well but there is something I noticed and its not the first time it happened. It seems that when I take the time to just watch the markets and not take any trades for a while I end up with much better results. Less trading, more money in my account.

Anyone else have had a similar experience where you get better results by just taking the time to watch for a while before trading?

Hey, just some personal thoughts about the subject. My trading day starts just by looking and getting an overall feeling of the markets. I check news, few charts, few timeframes, average daily ranges etc. Watching the charts for a moment kind of relaxes your thoughts. You get a bird's eye look of the markets, steadily move in the now and eventually start trading the exact moment. For me this process takes few minutes to 10 mins maybe (with a cup of coffee ;) ). When trading the exact moment, chart analysis takes just few seconds. You check higher timeframe, you check trading timeframe and you are aware of major news. There either is a setup, or there isn't. If there is a setup, take the setup, if not, wait. It's straight-forward.

In general watching charts trains the eye. That's definitely a good thing. That's why simulation is so good that you can fast forward the eye training.

We are all unique human beings and what suites for one, doesn't necessarily suite for others. What works for you, go for it. Relax and have fun with the charts. Market is your friend. Have a nice Sunday chap ~o)

My newborn daughter kept me up last night and she likes to sleep in my arms so I thought I would go have a look at the charts during LO. Caught a beautiful fruit like many other aimsters in the skype room and made a ton of pips :)

I was conflicted about the setup 2 because I earned enough pips to call it a day. Ended up not taking the trade so im not too proud about that. Still an amazing day overall :)

Hi David

Firstly congrats on the birth of your child hope everything went fine and mum is doing great. Sending love to the little one... they are so cute and amazing when they are at that stage... no words can explain... just enjoy and do not miss a single minute of it.

Secondly, no need to worry about not taking s2, you made 176 pips within 30 minutes... more than enough.

lastly, I'll add your pips to the total. its been a banana day for aimsters... over 3000 pips in total...

This one was later during the afternoon. Saw a nice fruit and price was starting to move again but it just didnt go far. Would have been a perfect trade to SAR. Still happy because execution was good it just didnt work out.

After another long break, I started looking at charts again. Miss it too much !

Only 1 trade + add-on on gold this morning. Did not move much but still managed to profit from it.
