Screen time:
LO-session 9:00 - 10:30 (GMT+2) M1 DAX only - LIVE

Friday's LO session was splitted into two sections. First hour was dominated by rather erratic up- and sidway movement where I paid small rent (Trade 11/20-18 to 15/20-18). Was no problem at all because I followed my exit rules and due to the fact that I didn't hedge that much anymore, I didn't collect more rents. I was more focusing on proper exits at green gator or AIMS and therefore I didn't enter into trades that much.
I was not bothered by some minus Pips but I was happy with my discipline during that phase.

Second section was much smoother to trade where I caught a nice down fruit (Trade 16/20-18) with one add on. As I needed to do some office work, init trade got handled by EA and closed by trailing AIMS. With exiting the add on, I was a bit lucky. My time was nearly over when I entered the trade and I left computer for 2 Minutes. When I came back, I realized that add on level was already broken. Fortunately price came back once more, so I took the trade into the open signal via market order and placed init SL manually. I have to admit that I did't think about that EA doesn't handle SLs of market order entries so I accidently survived the big pullback with stepping up AIMS level. As I checked chart later, I exited the still open position above a good counter fruit with very nice Pips.

Trade 11/20-18: DS = 1, SL = 24.7 + 20.8, Result = + 4.8 - 18.2 = - 13.4 Pips
Trade 12/20-18: DS = 1, SL = 19.5 + 16.0, Result = + 5.9 - 7.3 = - 1.4 Pips
Trade 13/20-18: DS = 1, SL = 10.9, Result = - 10.9 Pips
Trade 14/20-18: DS = 1, SL = 17.8, Result = - 0.7 Pips
Trade 15/20-18: DS = 1, SL = 9.8, Result = - 1.1 Pips
Trade 16/20-18: DS = 1, SL = 14.5 + 21.6, Result = + 22.6 + 43.1 = + 65.7 Pips
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today's result: + 38.2 Pips , DS = 6 / 6 , 1.50 hrs

Result of week 27 - 29.06-03.07.2015 - M1 live:
Mon. 29.06. + 181.6 Pips, DS 4/4, 1.50 hrs, M1
Tue. 30.06. + 166.5 Pips, DS 1.5/2, 1.50 hrs, M1
Wed. 01.07. + 8.9 Pips, DS 4/4, 1.50 hrs, M1
Thu. 02.07. + 37.8 Pips, DS 3/3, 1.25 hrs, M1
Fri . 26.06. + 38.2 Pips, DS 6/6, 1.50 hrs, M1
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Result ...... + 433.0 Pips, DS 18.5/19 (97.4%), 7.25 hrs

Boah, what a week. Monday and Tueasday offered, despite of Greece's uncertainties, awesome trading opportunities and I was lucky enough that big moves took place during my trading sessions. Thank you market, thank you universe.
I've got the feeling that my confidence into our system and my skills have streghtened after I managed it rather good to get through more difficult conditions mid of June (sorry for bumpy language ;-) ). But it's not the first time that I've noticed that phenomenon of coming out stregthened after successfully handling a more difficult phase in trading or life overall.

This time I realized that I need to refocus more on exits, espacially on exiting at green gator or by trailing AIMS. Now I can accomplish that a bit more easily.

LO-session 9:00 - 10:30 (GMT+2) M1 DAX only - LIVE

Today, DAX opened with a huge down gap at FO after Greece's referendum. It was similar to last Monday after Greece's government announced to hold that referendum, where DAX offered very nice opportunities during LO session.

Today, a few minutes before LO there appeared a tiny up fruit with good angulation. Although it was before LO, that signal was so strong and risk so small =>

Trade 17/20-18
I took it without hasitation what turned out to be my best trading decission of the day. After filling the entry order, it got up and came nearly all the way down again but in such an early stage and with that tiny SL, it was easy to stay in. Add on was at next AIMS level. Then it pushed up nicely. Once, at a rather good counter fruit, I was a bit temped to SAR or, at least, to exit the add on but due to my focus on exits, I kept a strong hand and stayed in the trades. It was a clear decission to exit at green gator and came out with a very good result.

Trade 18/20-18
A very, very good AA Fruit at perfect level (between 38.2% and 50% fib ret) and lovely leverege-leg but it simply failed after it went into gator. It hit init SL with rent. Next.

Trade 19/20-18
Add on - entry after another good AA Fruit but with not-so-good leverege anymore. I didn't take AA Fruit because my feed was frozen at that time. After PO was triggered, it went into sidway movement. I exited with small profit due to end of my trading session.

Trade 17-20/18: DS = 1, SL = 8.6 + 25.0, Result = + 94.4 + 64.7 = + 159.1 Pips
Trade 18/20-18: DS = 1, SL = 18.1, Result = - 19.0 Pips
Trade 19/20-18: DS = 1, SL = 18.9, Result = + 2.0 Pips
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today's result: + 142.1 Pips , DS = 3 / 3 , 1.50 hrs

Oh he sat down, said hi, went long, added on and then he said, "i have promised myself to hold on to positions until close below green". he saw he conquered! (meanwhile I was trying to be clever and ended up exiting earlier" :o3

LO-session 9:00 - 10:00 (GMT+2) M1 DAX only - LIVE

Have to catch up some journal entries. I'm a bit short on time due to summer holidays and whole family is home at the moment.

This LO session was characterized by erratic moves with rather big bars. I entered into some trades with pretty good setups but overall result was a small rent.

Trade 20/20-18: DS = 1, SL = 17.1 + 21.9, Result = + 14.5 + 10.5 = + 25.0 Pips
Trade 1/20-19: DS = 1, SL = 13.2, Result = - 13.3 Pips
Trade 2/20-19: DS = 2, SL = 20.7, Result = - 21.6 Pips
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today's result: - 9.6 Pips , DS = 3 / 3 , 1.00 hrs

LO-session 9:00 - 10:30 (GMT+2) M1 DAX only - LIVE

First hour of LO session was a bit bumpy again and I took a couple of trades (Trades 3 to 8/20-19) which mostly failed but due to disciplined trade handling I came out of this period staying inside my limits.

At the end of my session there showed up a good AA Fruit which I took without hasitation. Because I had to leave and init SL was small with only 10 Pips, I switched on "Trailing Fractals" at FTM. Of course I was lucky that DAX moved in my direction very nicely and EA closed that single shot trade with a great profit of nearly 90p but on the other hand, I wasn't "lucky" with my earlier trades of the day. That's our edge.

Today's result: + 30.9 Pips , DS = 7 / 7, 1.50 hrs

LO-session 9:00 - 10:30 (GMT+2) M1 DAX only - LIVE

DAX moved in a narrow down range during the first hour of LO session. Payed 3 small rents (Trade 10, 11 and 13/20-19) before I caught a bigger and stronger move (Trade 12/20-19). Although move was not huge, I was able to pull out nice Pips due to add on and diciplined closing campaign at green gator.

Trade 10/20-19: DS = 1, SL = 22.7, Result = - 3.8 Pips
Trade 11/20-19: DS = 1, SL = 13.4, Result = - 13.4 Pips
Trade 12/20-19: DS = 1, SL = 18.6 + 25.3, Result = + 26.1 + 19.5 = + 45.6 Pips
Trade 13/20-19: DS = 1, SL = 8.5, Result = - 8.5 Pips
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today's result: + 16.9 Pips , DS = 4 / 4 , 1.50 hrs

Result of week 28 - 06.07-10.07.2015 - M1 live:
Mon. 06.07. + 142.1 Pips, DS 3/3, 1.50 hrs, M1
Tue. 07.07. - 9.6 Pips, DS 3/3, 1.00 hrs, M1
Wed. 08.07. no trading
Thu. 09.07. + 30.9 Pips, DS 7/7, 1.50 hrs, M1
Fri . 10.07. + 16.9 Pips, DS 4/4, 1.50 hrs, M1
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Result ...... + 180.3 Pips, DS 17/17 (100%), 5.00 hrs

Yippie, 100% Discipline score, that's how it should be ;-)

Screen time:
NEO-session 15:30 - 17:30 (GMT+2) M1 DAX only - LIVE

Had no time in the morning today so traded NEO session.

It offered a very well structured market with good entry and exit opportunities. Only small downer today was the sometimes very low volatility which could falsly lead to wrong judgement according to trailing SL and distances. I Didn't fall into that trap and was able to ride the complete w3 (Trade 16/20-19) and a good part of w5 (Trade 17/20-19) where I got kicked out by a sharp pull back before it proceeded towards TZ1 of that nearly perfect w3-4-5 cycle.

Today's result: + 39.8 Pips , DS = 7 / 7 , 2.00 hrs

I'm rather happy with today's trading and results espacially in respect of low volatility and small movements.

Michael,

Firstly, I'd like to mention that you held that trade very well through wave 3 and it was fun watching you do that. Good job. Secondly, I think since you only sat down right at NEO you probably did not see that the two shorts before the long, which you held a bit longer than I did (and nothing wrong with it, just saying it with benefit of hindsight) because you perhaps did not see that it had hit TZ1.
Image

but even though I had sort of spotted it, it still did not help me with going long, which you did. So over all no knowing that information actually paid off for you and I stood there watching hehe.
