Screen time:
LO-session 9:30 - 11:35 (GMT+2) M1/M5 DAX only - LIVE

I came a bit late due to an appointment in the morning so I missed that lovely Cherry a few minutes before I jumped in which "initiated" that great down move. Having experienced yesterday's lack of discipline, I patiently waited today for valid signals and it payed off.

Trade 1 + Trade 2:
Both were good Adam's Apples which simply didn't work out. Signal bars were Principle C but turned out to be B-trap but we can only know in hindsight ;-)
Only point here: AO was only a few bars above SL after that large, long lasting down move. Both were exited a bit below -1% due to some slippage, so -2.2% for both together.

Trade 3:
This one was a picture book Cherry at 50% fib ret of local down move which started at 11:37 GKFX-time. Then I was targgeting TZ1 (=61.8% fib exp) of that local pullback which fell together with 1:3 level. As that level got hit, I was ready for exit signals. Price retraced there and I exited by trailing candles with +1.9%. What a clear trade ;-)

Trade 4:
This time in opposite direction. It was an impulsive up-move so I waited for a pullback above gator where a Monarch Seed (PO was already set) was directly followed by a Cherry (previous PO canceled and new one set). It worked like a charm as up thrust rushed into 1:4 level. Being at the end of my trading session, I decided to trade it home safely and trailed candles what got it exited at above 1:3 with + 3.1%.

Trade 1: DS = 1, SL = 9.1p, Result: -9.6p = -1.1%
Trade 2: DS = 1, SL = 12.1p, Result: -13.0p = -1.1%
Trade 3: DS = 1, SL = 12.2p, Result: +23.5p = + 1.9%
Trade 4: DS = 1, SL = 8.3p, Result: +25.9p = + 3.1%
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today's Result: + 29.3p = +2.8% , DS = 4 / 4 . 2.00 hrs

I'm very happy with today's trading because I came back to the track of disciple again. I'm proud of my today's DS of 100%. Result is nearly 3% gain without effort :-)

Week 33 and 34 (10.08. - 23.08.2015) no trading due to holiday trip.

Result of week 35, 24.08.-28.08.2015 - M1/M5 live:
Mon. 24.08. +39.6p = +1.9%, DS = 3/3, 1.50 hrs, M1/M5
Tue. 25.08. +5.4p = +1.3%, DS 3/3, 2.00 hrs, M1/M5
Wed. 26.08. +22.6p = +2.0%, DS = 1/2, 1.00 hrs, M1/M5
Thu. 27.08. +31.0p = +2.5%, DS = 1/3, 2.50 hrs, M1/M5
Fri . 28.08. +29.3p = +2.8%, DS = 3/3, 2.00 hrs, M1/M5
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Result ...... +127.9p = +10.5% (without compounding), DS 11/14 (78%), 11.00 hrs

With weekly compounding this is +10.9%. In reality gain was due to compounding per trade +11.8% which is 10% higher gain than without compunding.

Resume of this week:
Results are excellent but in the middle of the week I had a bit problems with my discipline and took 3 trades which should not have been taken if I had followed proper analyse but I was a bit too eager to jump on the train.

RESULT OF AUGUST 2015
Week 32: + 70.5 Pips = +8.7%, DS = 15/16, 11.00 hrs (Apple/Seed/Cherry)
Week 33: no trading due to holidays
Week 34: no trading due to holidays
Week 35: + 127.9 Pips = +10.5%, DS = 11/14, 9.00 hrs (Apple/Seed/Cherry)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Result: + 198.4 Pips = + 19.2%, DS = 26/30 (87%), 20.00 hrs

Result is calculated without compounding. With compounding per trade this is +21.7%.

Start feeling familiar with Seed/Cherry/AA and got the impression that my insight of market structure is increasing due to the methodical approach of these signals. As soon I feel completely comfortable with it and having completely understood it's mechanisms, not only rational but intuitive as well, I can add Fruits again. Until that you need some patience, Immy ;-)

Tue. Sept. 01, 2015

Screen time:
LO-session 9:30 - 11:30 (GMT+2) M1/M5 DAX only - LIVE
NYO-session 13:45 - 15:15 (GMT+2) M1/M5 DAX only - LIVE
NEO-session 15:30 - 17:00 (GMT+2) M1/M5 DAX only - LIVE

Dax moved quite well during LO session and gave us some opportunities but there were some pitfalls as well. I took 3 trades (Trade 1 - 3) and one canceled PO. Results were mixed and I ended up with +1.0% for that morning-session.

In the afternoon DAX seemed to proceed with it's smooth movements but didn't offer many good, profitable signals again. I took 2 entries (Trade 4&5) and one canceled PO. Result was good with +2.0% and trading was good as well, although I stretched rules a bit trade 5. It was not an entry according to Grant's rules but momentum was clearly down and pullback ended at 50% fib ret followed by an impulsive candle before that momentum Seed appeared - therefore an entry with the flow of the market.

After NEO, DAX went into a big range with 90p where my profits of the day were wiped away. It was simple and easy to trade for me but results weren't good at all due that huge range. But, although range was that big, it was small enough to kick out all entries (Trade 6 - 10)too soom or to let them fail at all.
All signals I took after NEO were valid but none of them worked out well or at all and I closed chart with -4.4% for NEO session and -1.4% for the day.

Trade 1: DS = 1, SL = 19.1p, Result: -19.1p = -1.0%
Trade 2: DS = 1, SL = 14.6, Result: +/- 0.0%
Trade 3: DS = 1, SL = 10.2p, Result: +20.3p = +2.0%
Trade 4: DS = 1, SL = 9.7p, Result: -9.7p = -1.0%
Trade 5: DS = 1, SL = 5.0p, Result: +15.3p = +3.0%
Trade 6: DS = 1, SL = 14.9, Result: - 14.9p = -1.0%
Trade 7: DS = 1, SL = 18.2p, Result: -18.2p = -1.3% (5p slippage at entry)
Trade 8: DS = 1, SL = 22.6p, Result: -24.7p = - 1.1% (2.1p slippage at exit)
Trade 9: DS = 1, SL = 14.4p, Result: +/- 0.0%
Trade 10: DS = 1, SL = 19.2p, Result: -19.2p = -1.0%
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today's result: -70.2 Pips = - 1.4% , DS = 10/10 , 5.00 hrs

NEO session was a bit a Pip/percentage-grave but I stayed disciplined. Maybe I find a way to prevent trading in range-bound markets.

Wed. Sept. 02, 2015

Screen time:
LO-session 9:00 - 11:10 (GMT+2) M1/M5 DAX only - LIVE
NYO+NEO session 14:15 - 17:00 (GMT+2) M1/M5 DAX only - LIVE

During LO session , Dax moved quite nicely after one hour of sideways market. AO wave count was a bit confusing due to huge gap at Frankfurt open with more than 100 Pips.
Signals were there and I finished London Open session with +1.1%

Trade 1:
Good Cherry as AO wave count "5" was more a w3 but due gap at FO, AO was screwed. Broke 1:1, where I brought SL to BE, where it got kicked out with +/- 0.0%

Trade 2:
Adam's Apple at 50% pullback. As mentioned before, to me it was more w3 instead of w5 so I was confident AA will bring me into w5 towards TZ1. It simply didn't work out and didn't even touch 1:1 so it exited at init SL with -1.0%

Trade 3:
After price had left range of corrective period, it made a good down move. At first pullback below purple it didn't form a signal. After second peak of AO there were 2 signals. First was Seed which got invalidated at next bar, second was Cherry which got filled.I was targetting TZ1 but exited manually at 1:3. It was a bit early because it really went down to TZ1 one bar later but it was ok wit a profit of +3.0%

Trade 4:
Good Adam's Apple signal. Only issue here was that preceeding up move was rather impulsive but could have been end of abc correction. I simply didn't work out. It didn't even go into stage 2, and was exited at -1.0%

Trade 5:
Next Adam's Apple attempt to catch w5 down with very good possible R:R as TZ1 was about 1:5 away. This time it worked out better and moved to stage 3 rather quickly, so I trailed AIMS. Unfortunately it didn't even hit 1:2 and exited with tiny profit of only +0.1%.
I was thinking of exiting above candle which closed above green gator but difference was tiny

New York Open session was similar to LO session. After a period of tight range, it broke out and again without proper signal to get into that move. First pullback didn't show any signals but after AO peaked =>

=> Trade 6:
there was a Cherry at a pullback with only 2 candles which I took. TZ1 was about 1:4 away but it didn't went that far before SL which was already at BE was hit by only 1 Pip with +/-0.0%

Following w5 didn't offer clear entry without proper signal for me so I didn't take any further trades before NEO session.

Trade 7:
After NEO there showed up an Adam's Apple at the end of a possible abc correction. It stucked in stage 2 and it got exited by trailing AIMS with -0.5%.

Trade 8:
Seed after a pinbar down. It passed 1:1 with ease but returned right at next candle so it was exited at BE with -0.1% due to slippage.

Trade 1: DS = 1, SL = 16.1p, Result: +/-0.0%
Trade 2: DS = 1, SL = 12.8p, Result: -12.8p = -1.0%
Trade 3: DS = 1, SL = 13.5p, Result: +40.5p = +3.0%
Trade 4: DS = 1, SL = 11.3p, Result: -11.3p = -1.0%
Trade 5: DS = 1, SL = 13.8p, Result: +1.5p = +0.1%
Trade 6: DS = 1, SL = 9.3p, Result: +/-0.0%
Trade 7: DS = 1, SL = 17.1p, Result: -8.4p = -0.5%
Trade 8: DS = 1, SL = 9.2p, Result: -1.0p = -0.1%
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today's result: +8.5p = +0.5% , DS = 7 / 7 , 5.00 hrs

Thu. Sept. 03, 2015

Screen time:
NYO session 14:00 - 16:00 (GMT+2) M1/M5 DAX only - LIVE
Evening session 18:15 - 18:45 (GMT+2) M1/M5 DAX only - LIVE

Trading today was pure fun. I somehow felt being in tune with market.

Trade 1:
At NYO, M5 had a w4 down after a big, big w3 up and my analysis told me that abc-correction on M5 was finished and a w1-2 up was present. On M1 we had sleeping gator and tight box on only 8p. Had PO already placed above box but then price broke to the down side for three bars and (PO canceled) and formed a picture book pinbar Fruit which I took without hasitation because my analysis told me that M5 bias was clearly to the long side. It went up sharply and as it broke H1 high at about 1:6, I trailed candles what got me out at +6.1%. Guys in Skype room told me afterwards that move was around ECB conference. I'm happy that I didn't know about that news before ;-)

After that huge winner I needed some time to cool down a bit and missed 2 good signals to catch w5 of that w3 but I really can't complain here :-)

Trade 2:
First attempt to catch w5. It went straight up through gator but reversed way too soon, as my Target Price was TZ1. As I managed it according to fruit rules, I exited it in stage 3 at green gator/trailing AIMS with +0.7%.

Trade 3:
Second attempt to catch w5. Similar to Trade 2 and again exited by trailing AIMS, this time with +0.4%.

Analysis was good because at the next Adam's Apple it really took off and reached TZ1 with ease but without me because I already had to leave.

Trade 4:
As I wanted to do my trading documentation for today, I opened chart in the early evening. What I saw on M5 made me confident that there will be some good trading opportunities on M1, so I watched out for signals. There was still some distance to 50% pullback on M5 and to M1 TZ1 which were nearly the same level. For that reason I took nice small pinbar Fruit in direction of M1 and M5 gator. TP was level mentioned before (M5 50% and M1 TZ1). I had to leave as trade was still progressing so I took over to FTM to trail AIMS but TZ1 got hit first and exit was at +3.7%

Trade 1: DS = 1, SL = 9.8p, Result: +59.5p = + 6.1%
Trade 2: DS = 1, SL = 11.2p, Result: +8.2p = +0.7%
Trade 3: DS = 1, SL = 17.1p, Result: + 7.2p = +0.4%
Trade 4: DS = 1, SL = 7.4p, Result: +27.4p = +3.7%
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Today's result: 102.3p = +10.9% , DS = 4 / 4 , 2.50 hrs

This is +11.1% with compounding per trade.

What a result, I can hardly believe it ;-)
Good that I can't trade today to prevent being cocky or over-confident. On Monday I'm not in an euphoria any more - hormons and endorphines are then on a normal level again.

Screen time:
LO-session 9:10 - 11:15 (GMT+2) M1/M5 DAX only - LIVE

Was a rather calm LO session but it nevertheless offered some good opportunities. Unfortunately most of them didn't work out very well or at all because I got a bit caught in that long w4 of that down move, where I tried to catch w5 without success 3 times.

Trade 1:
This was a nice Monarch Seed a few minutes after LO breakout. It developed rather well but stopped moving after it hit local TZ1. As it had already moved way beyond 1:1, exit was at BE with +/-0.0%.

Trade 2:
Cherry signal after AO peaked again. Was a bit concerned because the peak was hardy bigger than the previous one but took signal according to my plan without hasitation. PO got triggered but right at that trigger candle, it went against my trade and init SL got hit with -1.0%.

Trade 3:
Cherry at first pullback after long and deep down move. It went in my direction for one candle but after that it produced 2 strong counter pin bars at 61.8% micro fib ret which indicated a possible w1-2 up, so I decided to bring SL above those pin bars where it got exited with -0.1%.

Trade 4:
Adam's Apple after a nearly perfect zig-zag which formed a PC as well. Although signal was picture book, it didn't go into wave 5 at that signal. I trailed AIMS box and got exited near BE with -0.1%.

Trade 5:
AA-like Cherry for next attempt to catch the probably forming w5 which failed as well, so exit for that at init SL with -1.0%

Trade 6:
As w5 finally took place, it didn't form signal at Monarch AO so I had to wait for AO to peak and price too pull back where I took the first Seed. Init SL got hit by fraction of one Pipbut that's trading with -1.0%.

Trade 7:
Second attempt to catch that possible w5 of w5 with that Cherry. R:R was 1:2 to local TZ1 which coincided with M5 purple where I placed TP. I trailed AIMS after that pullback and TP at 1:2 got hit with +2.0%.

Today's result: -6.4 Pips = -1.2% , DS = 7 / 7 , 2.00 hrs

Trading was ok. Might have considered corrective period on M5 to stay away from M1 trades and to apply P5 for periods like that.

I had almost the same trades. But my ability to move sl to be or just to reduce risk is slowed dou to my h1 experience.
Here i saw a super risk managment and control of the trades.
Amazing!

P.S. Your exit plan - when price cross green/red? Can you share your approach.
