Re: The Fruit - A Powerful Trading Strategy
Trading the Fruit on H1 is pretty simple, stress free and EASY... yes pretty EASY...
I'd like to share some charts here that we share in our skype group. I can honestly say that if you like to learn on a daily basis Skype Group is the place to be. Take advantage of it before its gone forever. I don't think I can keep this routine up for much longer than another few months. Our main focus is now on H1. The future of all our strategies is H1 (part of my long term plan)
Some chat copy and paste from skype...
(AUD/USD was called by me YD, and it worked pretty nicely while I was ASLEEP)
[12:22:36] Immy - AIMS: heck this p5 and TLB on m15, to get into Wave 5 of h1 on AU
[12:22:37] Immy - AIMS: https://www.mql5.com/en/charts/5094262/ ... entry-into
[12:25:37] Immy - AIMS: zoomed in M15 Truncated P5
[12:25:46] Immy - AIMS: http://screencast.com/t/EvbvKu07gR0x
[12:27:23] Immy - AIMS: and you did not need the m15 chart anyway, TLB was awesome for H1 on its own as in the pic below
[12:27:24] Immy - AIMS: http://screencast.com/t/OvXWGjlZ
Some other charts we shared in skype, i'd like to record here as well. lovely trades...
The AUD.USD trade on the normal Fruit Template
Durig the final stages of the trade http://screencast.com/t/XmzpF2bG
after the trade http://screencast.com/t/5DsW0FzFks2N
A GU trade that did not go anywhere ... closed for nothing before it went up today http://screencast.com/t/ATcBivzP

A USD/JPY trade that hit the previous wave 4 of 3 down. That also coincides often with hitting the purple. it worked out VERY WELL

Re: The Fruit - A Powerful Trading Strategy
Hi Immy
Regarding the Webbing technique, do you use various position sizes for the various add-ons, and a fixed stop loss distance. Do you trail the stops to lock in profit and reduce risk on the positions. Also, since the add-ons require a quick draw (I've got 2 left hands), do you use an ea for the add-ons. Thanks for your help Immy.

thanks for your question. The webbing technique is one i've used for years but never bothered with teaching it because frankly people don't have enough understanding to hold on to one entry alone. When the market goes in your favour the logical thing to do is to add to it but our lefty creates problems and us being mostly dominated by the lefty analysis fall for its negative outlook and start thinking of getting out with smallish profits so that we could cover the previous losses, (due to over emphasis and incorrect focus point of a struggling trader i.e. focus on Not Losing as opposed to correct focus i.e. Focus on "Creating" profits at the expense of smaller losses) When traders lose a few trades that start to assess their selves. They start doubting their individual worth and the effectiveness of their techniques. They are narrowly focused and look at only a small portion of the whole picture. They think those 5 losers define themselves and their strategy. IF the trader is going through the concept of "Beginners Luck" they praise the world and stay happy but if they had it the other way round, i.e. their focus happened to be on the part of tape (video tape analogy) where there was agony and pain in the movie, they consider and assume that the past and the future will be the same. The hardest of all strategies are the ones that remain in losing streams 70% of the time, i.e. is FRUIT. But the glory of the 30% of the time actually more than covers the 70% of the losing time. To experience this a trader needs to commit to it and the only way is for them to take their focus off the plus and minus of the account balance and instead put it on Rule Following that is T20 Principle in Stage 1. If you are in stage 1, don't even ask questions about webbing etc. (its my personal thing) but if you'd like to know any way then there is no magic or complex strategy behind it. Visually distribute your add ons equi-distantly. e.g. every 5 points or 7 points or 10 points depending on the range of the instrument and time frame you're trading.... I like 5pips/points for m5 or m1. 10-15 on h1. but having said that, I think the Fruit add on technique is Supreme.
All IMHO hope it makes sense. (no time to re-read the post please forgive the mistakes)

Re: The Fruit - A Powerful Trading Strategy
Hi Immy
Thank you for your response. I have recently come to the realization (although you have been harping about this forever) that adding on truly truly builds the account. Placing one position per trade will build the account for sure but I find that I mostly end up break even (win some lose some). Ever since I employed adding 2-3 positions to a trade, my account is starting to take off. I really do believe this is the way to go. I'm also most comfortable with the "box" technique and looking for those W5's and trade towards TZ1. Thank you again Immy
