Re: AIMS The SEED[BOX]
I was waiting for you when you'll say this .Darren wrote:I must admit that I am over complicating things and thinking of reasons not to take a trade. I am missing out on a lot of good trades with this way of thinking so roll on next week with a fresh mind...
Today Sam asked me that he would like to trade this method but he was not quite ready to let go of his indicators. Frankly if he's happy with his profits, he should not change but if the idea of simple and "more" profit appeals to him then its a good idea to join. Why am I saying it here? I did not ask you to change template or did I? may be I hinted.
The reason behind that is Simplicity. As long as you have the other indicators, those patterns will give you information to trade or not trade. The more pairs you watch the more confused you will be. And if Gator is saying DONT trade and SEED is saying trade? Do you think its gonna be easy?
I think it makes sense... We are trading Price... that's it...
don't use gator for Entries... actually moving averages should NOT be used for Entries at all... but they are GREAT mechanism to find (no, i was not going to say trend direction) ... trailing ...

Re: AIMS The SEED[BOX]
Hey Darren thanks for the replies. I'd like all of us to get engaged a bit more. Discuss charts, don't be passive, constantly keep analysing and sharing ideas. Trading is not a passive "job"... You gotta take interest in it, do your analysis, share it, and get it going. Do not work secretively. if you are not confident about your accoutn and all, then do it on demo and prove "to yourself" that you can remain consistently profitable applying "a method" that you've carved for yourself. No flowcharts and checklist will ever help you, they are only good for learning to be disciplined. Once you get disciplined , just enough, you begin the journey of learning a method that is profitable and fits right in with your personality. this i the ONLy way.
THIS IS NOT A SYSTEM TRADING MECHANISM... THIS IS REAL TRADING>>>>>
so Mr. Patel and Mr. Pandekar ... if you want to excell and go forward... you gotta get involved. this is how I and Grant learned to trade. We traded on skype side to side for hours and hours...
Let me know if you would like to get the BRN indicator ... I bet you already have it. I had it included into the FREE ones in the fruit package or something.

The BRN indicator sounds like it is worth a look at, although I may not use it as I like the 'simple' look now!

Re: AIMS The SEED[BOX]
That's fine, Its not always my favourite either, but I'm putting on because I kind of got unused to it. In the past, I did not need it becasue I "always" knew where my round numbers were. I'm beginning to share with you a method where we would be able to "predict" yes, I used this forbidden word, "predict" where is price going today. Now we won't know this every day, but when there is a "leading indication" on the daily chart, we will KNOW where is price going today so we will use that to our advantage.Darren wrote:The BRN indicator sounds like it is worth a look at, although I may not use it as I like the 'simple' look now!![]()

Re: Immy's [iMi] Trading METHOD....
THE IMPORTANT OF BRN'S
its not the one and only thing that makes you successful but its one of the things that add to the "factor pile" that raises our odds of success per trade and per batch. price do react to these levels and some levels have even more significance. The levels of significance are not assumed just like that, rather the market tells us about it. So we would scan of daily and weekly charts and look at bar lows and highs and this will reveal this data to us that we could use on h1. back in the day trading the m15 i used to call the 80 going upto 100 and 20 going down to 100 the magnet zone. As if when price coming below 80 crosses that level, the gravity of 100 level will pull it towards it. I traded some very good trades with this information and avoided some bad ones. Although Bill Williams "forced" me to stop looking at such things and it was good for me , for the type of trading I was involved in. "longer term position size trading does not really benefit from it but just information... and scalpers dont benefit from it either... but swing traders really really benefit from it.
back to the USDCAD 1.3 level .

Re: Immy's [iMi] Trading METHOD....
In the months to come I'll be sharing/teaching how to "combine" S/R into our trading methods. M1/M5, we only used the AIMS levels to the left immediately next to our entry levels and then used them for target points. However on higher time frames we will make use of our extra time and use that for picking the best spots using the market generated information. We will look for where a box low turned into a box high , where are the significant levels, we will take entries near those levels using bar formations near these levels for entries and target the next levels in sight for possible exit points...
now think about this... I saw teh 1.3 Brexit level and so I took my profits there but look at it... a Fruit reversal bar... think about it
