Re: Pedro's Journal !
Well, I wasnt lookin at the sideways action, I was waiting for the break, I did place the PO too soon as usual, but since it triggered, the rent is already going to happen, so I leave it and let it go where it wants.
So I should exit if It triggers too soon and get back in later with the proper entry? ..

Nope, the right approach would be to correct your mistake. Don't let it play out for WRONG reasons. Thats gambling.
If you know you have NOT applied your edge, you know you were wrong and when you are wrong GET OUT...

Re: Pedro's Journal !
That's such a useful analysis, I can't think of a better mentor than Immy for showing us what the charts are saying, honestly I don't think any other forum contains anything as helpful as this. And when the charts definitely say something we are rather foolish to hold on in hope, contrary to the signals being given. True enough sometimes a trade will come back to our advantage but it could easily soar away the wrong direction completely, and it happens quite often!
I wish more people would come on here to share something on their journals

Re: Pedro's Journal !
1: Setup BE
2: got back in on little pause and trailed bars : DS0
3: Setup too soon (had monarch on AO) : Rent
4: Setup took the break of the previous level , exit trailing bars
5: Not a setup, saw break of m5 and took it: DS0

Re: Pedro's Journal !
Setup 5 of 5 which then turned into new 3.
Seed : new peak, dark bars, right after the setup, since it turned into new 3 took it, otherwise would skip.
Apple: it fired of fast so the entry triggered a bit above, still after 5 green bars trailed candles for profit.
